First Wednesday they were open for the season. Sadly there was only like seven booths. I did purchase some awesome onions, olive oil, jam and some very tasty artisan bread. One of the vendors it should get better for Wednesdays once all the crops come in. read more

Corrales is wonderful little community. The people are lovely. This little grower's market keeps getting better. It's a Sunday morning thing. And a beautiful drive from Albuquerque. I found a nice selection of vegetables, cut flowers and other homemade goodies. I was given Hollyhock seeds! They were roasting chile. The aroma was amazing. It's worth the drive! read more

Small scale farmer's market. Limited selection, but what was there looked good, clean, and well presented. Prices are high to exorbitant depending on commodity, as is standard at this kind of market. So no worse than usual. Vendors were universally friendly & grateful for your business. Most vendors were easily approachable, with the exception of the Bosque Baking Company that had a long waiting line for the entire time I was at the market (about an hour). For fresh vegetation & home baked bread I'd gladly hit up again the Corrales grower market. read more

Cute Cute Cute! As a farmers market junkie and having gone to a TON of them from DC to Portland (yes THAT one) and my fav being the one in Arcata, CA, I really like this one. Very small but easily do-able in the limited hours they are open. And then have lunch! Corrales of course is a stunning area, and I recommend the drive end to end from Coors to end of Corrales area. This farmers market is what I would call "my peeps" being from CA. Awesome sellers and product. Love the woman who sells kombucha for a super reasonable price, and the local honey - used to make some CBD honey at home. Only knocking off a star because small size. read more

This is a marvelous market, and the location is prime. I could smell the chile roasting as I was driving into the parking lot. Several tractors scattered about, cool to look at, great for a photo op. Folk music playing in the corner, booth after booth of locally grown herbs, fruits and veggies, pastries, jellies & jams, bread, fresh tortillas and eggs, and so much more. Plan to come out here on a Sunday morning (or Wednesday afternoon), pick up some spoils, stay in Corrales for brunch (or happy hour/dinner if you come on a Wednesday) and consider it a day well spent! read more

Shop local and support your neighborhood farms! Corrales Grower's Market is a small market that showcases locally grown and sourced produce twice a week on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. I came this last Sunday on the recommendation of my Airbnb host, and I loved it so much that I was back again this morning. The seasonal produce is undeniably fresh and delicious; my organic corn from Wagner Farms was harvested less than 1 mile this market and oh so sweet! My favorite part of the experience - aside from bringing home lots of goodies and coming up with new recipes - is knowing that I am supporting farmers who choose to use sustainable, environmentally friendly farming practices. We have been driving by the Corrales Growers' Market for over 10 years. We live nearby and many times we just stop to look around, on impulse, perhaps buy a few items, get something to eat and/or listen to a band. There is usually someone roasting chilies. A few items to eat while you are there. I would say it is worth visiting if you are in the area, and the drive through the main road in Corrales is worth the trip. read more

Friendly people, great fresh food. There is live music, baskets, flowers, fresh pastries- you name it! I bought a beautiful green fig bush and a basket then filled it full of beautiful veggies - kale, Swiss chard, arugula, beets and grilling onions!! Definitely going to come here regularly! read more

There were some pretty cool vendors at the Corrales Growers' Market. Arts and crafts vendors displayed a variety of home made items. I loved all of them! Of course, there were stands with local fruits and vegetables. I was drooling over the amazing looking bakery and dessert options. I totally fell of the diet wagon and had a hand held pumpkin pie...it was similar to an empanada. Yum. This would be a great spot to pick of holiday gift items like jams, jellies, honey, plants, etc... read more

A farmers market where you can buy your green chilies and have them roasted on site while you wait? Yes please. They offer so much here. We saw vegetables, fruits, eggs, honey. baked goods, art, potted cacti, musical offerings and snacks. We got two pounds of roasted green chilies, one pound of hot for The Mr. because he's actually from the 505 (and not a festering wussie when it comes to these things) and one pound of mild for me, because this Arizona girl is not quite as hardened as he is. We also got some Navajo Fry Bread with honey and I was surprised to see it was premade and not cooked on site, like you usually find it. I'm not sure premade is the way to go for the best texture on fry bread, but at a bargain $3 per serving I'm not complaining too loudly. Parking is a little challenging, but if you can find it it's free and the event itself is really nice. Definitely recommended. read more

Small and quaint growers' market. I recommend bringing cash and wearing sunscreen when attending. It seems the Corrales Growers' Market was dying down when we arrived, so we didn't get to experience it in its entirety. I knocked a star because many of the stalls were sold out of their product by noon, which seemed rather early. I was looking for lavender bunches and found zilch. read more

I love this place. Been coming here for about four years and have enjoyed every Sunday that it is held. They open at 9 and usually close around 12 every Sunday in the warm months. They also hold it the first Sunday of the month in the winter. I am a huge local supporter and feel good about supporting these local farmers. They typically have everything you want. They have tons of vegetables and fruits. They also have meats, eggs, and jams. If you are hungry while you are there, they also serve up fresh breakfast burritos. There is also live music in the northwest corner. If you are into supporting local and wanting responsibly grown food, this is the place to be on Sunday's. Highly recommend as it is one of the better farmers markets in the city. read more

I love the Corrales Growers Market. We come here for greens, veggies, and fresh eggs every summer. Plus there are some really yummy food options while you're browsing -- fresh breakfast burritos (the pulled pork is amazing!) and pastries from local vendors (my favorite is a caramelized onion and goat cheese tart). We also get jams, jellies, honey, dates...the list goes on. This market is small and seems more personal than the big markets (railyard, downtown, etc). This is our third year now attending this market and we are never let down! You should definitely check it out! read more

Really enjoy this market. Even though it is smaller than the one downtown, it still has a good variety of vendors. We can get our week's vegetables, bread as well as sample some amazing baked goods for a special treat on a Sunday. There are also vendors selling plants for the garden. This market has such a nice neighborhood feel. Seems like every week we run into someone we know. This week there was a vendor with salmon from AK and NM grass fed beef too. Take a leisurely drive through Corrales and give it a try. read more

This is my favorite growers market in the area (its also one of the only Sunday markets which is a huge plus because I work 12 hours on Saturdays) The merchants are friendly and willing to answer any questions. They also actively engage potential customers which is nice because I tend to be shy. My one complaint would have to be the lack of variety. I'm not talking about the size of the market. I understand it is a small one and that I'm not going to find everything I would at a larger market. My complaint lies with the fact that many weeks, it seems like everyone is selling the same 4 or 5 items. It can be frustrating when shopping because I like to buy something from every booth if I can (I can do this because its small) but if every booth has the same 5 things for sale, it becomes hard to maintain that variety that I love about markets like these. read more

I dig the Corrales Grower's Market. I think RailYards has got this place beat though. I believe it closes at 12pm so if you're unable to get out the door early in the morning, most of the greens are gone by the time 10ish rolls around. There aren't a ton of vendors but it's totally worth going to just for the burritos from Apple Tree Cafe! Pulled pork with green chile in a breakfast burrito? Yes please! read more

Love the growers market. It's fairly small, but with a great selection of local produce, baked goods, ristras, and products. There's been live music the few times I've been, although I'm not sure that it's the norm, and tables for enjoying breakfast burritos or fresh pastry. This farmers market is great to go to if you live in Corrales. There are so many choices to choose from, from one vendor to the next. Fresh fruit and vegetables to chose from ,to add a freshness to any dish at home. These products are grown locally and are farmed fresh. read more

Not many growers markets even operate at this time of the year, but this one at least has a once a month opening for those of us who love this type of venue. We came hungry and were not disappointed. If you see a guy selling lavender blackberry cakes...I am coming for them and don't buy the last one or I will find you. read more

The best growers market I have found in al of New Mexico. Its got an excellent;ent selection, better prices than the other farmers markets, easy parking (even if its a popular day, you can just go down the block and park anywhere because there is a huge park behind the growers market). The produce comes directly off the farms that are on the same exact street as this market, much of the produce is barely an hour old, you just can't get anything fresher than that at any market. The vendors are friendly, free samples everywhere, open space to walk around. There is a booth with breakfast burritos and they are good! behind the burritos is a tented set of tables to eat at and there are convenient bathrooms as well. There is now an arts and crafts event every Sunday as well, right next to the growers market (it used to be only once a month). There is fresh baked bread, pastries, water, coffee and lemonade available as well. This is our favorite market because it really is superior, highly recommended to all my family and friends. read more
