Let's be honest, it can be quite difficult to seek therapy, and even more difficult to find the right therapist. I've seen a few therapist over the course of the year, but there is no other therapist like Jeffrey! We've had many life changing sessions where he has an arsenal of tools (e.g. psychological frameworks and theories) in his toolkit to get to the root of your issues while maintaining his down-to-earthness such that you can be the best version of yourself. Jeffrey is extremely professional, productive, approachable, and accommodating. He's also an amazing listener and can say some profound things that will leave you wanting more sessions. It's August 2018, and I can say that I'm on a better path because of Jeff. Unfortunately, the only reason why I will be discontinuing my service with Jeff is due to my relocation to another city. He will be surely missed. My experience was mixed( mostly negative) I was involved with PRP I'm independent but when I rarely…read moreneed help I would request assistance from my PRP worker since I've been with this business there's been some "Red Flags" regarding the PRP program first I've had 3 ( almost 4 the supervisor never contacted me or assigned me a the 4th PRP worker) ) different PRP workers in less than a year one lady didn't even work with me I spoke to her on the phone about 4 - 5 times then she left and assigned me to a male PRP worker he was awesome I was supposed to meet with him and spoken with him but I got a call from the supervisor saying he no longer works there it was crazy I understand people find new jobs but it's the way he abruptly left and it wasn't the 1st time I had another PRP worker abruptly leave too it's becoming a pattern I'm independent so if I don't have PRP I'm good but for other clients who need extra help that's less independent it's definitely concerning the constant changing in staff without notice , very little communication, unprofessional conduct it's unacceptable I understand now why my 1st PRP worker left at this point I'm DONE !
