Ordered risers for tanks. Paid for risers before the install now no one can find a ticket to when they are being installed. Been told one day then again no ticket. Would love to talk to a Felix employee not someone in who nowhere's. You talk to a CS rep who then forwards info to Felix then wait for a response. Not good customer service.

A day went by with no phone call to schedule this crew. When I called to find out when they were coming out, the Customer Service rep told me that they would have to put a camera down into my system to locate the access cover for a cost of over $500. I told them to forget it and forget me as a repeat customer. 47 years in this house with the tank being pumped multiple times and never did any technician have difficulty locating the access cover. Apparently being bought out by Wind River means making money by any means they can scam their customers.

EXCELLENT experience with Maznek. I was referred to them for quality service septic inspection by a…read morelong time friend who does home inspections. Luckily for me Maznek had an opening the coincided with our home inspection so everything could be done at once. They called 2 minutes into the appt window to let us know they'd be there in 8 minutes (which was fine). The gentleman worked quietly in the background (I should also point out it was SUPER hot out, uncomfortable in the sun where he was working) while we tailed the inspector. Once done, with everything open the gentleman brought us over and walked us through EVERYTHING, teaching us all the things you'd want/need to know as a homeowner. Once done, he sealed everything back up as if he'd never been there. We received a full and full report within a day or so complete with video. Stellar job done by Maznek Septic!!
