Firstly, I am very impressed by the actual detailing and cleaning job that was done. I couldn't find a speck of dirt or dust that was left behind. Great attention to detail...couldn't have asked for a better job! The self-serve carwash option is also a lot of fun. I enjoyed cleaning my car and trying out all the different options as well. It's affordable and a good option for those who take pride in washing their baby. There are also vaccuums available for cleaning the interior of the car, and they sell products that you can use for wiping down etc. Secondly, the service was friendly and the staff were very helpful in explaining packages and products. A shuttle service was provided while the car was being cleaned, which was very convenient. I found the rates to be reasonable and competitive for the services being offered. The first vehicle was a…read moreJeep Wagoneer that had numerous issues immediately and consistently, which could never be resolved by service. When it began stalling at every stop and became a safety hazard, the dealership offered to auction it off and let me trade in at their dealership. The next vehicle was a brand new 2025 Pacifica, which I owned for only 6 days. They sold me this vehicle on the premise that it was "the most reliable vehicle on the lot". Within the first 12 hours of owning it, it had to be towed to the dealership because it would not start, even after being boosted and charged for 1.5 hrs. I said I wanted a refund and was told that I was "holding them hostage" when I said i did not want to take the van back. They insisted that it was fixed, called me repetitively while I was at work and ultimately drove to my place of work to force me to take back this van (on the same day that they told me it was fixed). After it was "serviced" and returned to me, it had to be towed back again 4 days later for the exact same reason - would not start. It's been auctioned off again but Doyle Dodge will only refund the amount that they got at the auction which represents several tens of thousands in financial loss. If you would like to buy "luxury" vehicles only to lose money, be made to feel like a burden, be harassed at your place of work and get the run around from staff, this is the place for you.

We Called OK Tire and they were awesome. Jeff checked to see if they had the tires and they did (at a good price) and had put them on for us within an hour of our calling them on a Friday. We were so relieved to get this done and can't recommend these folks who have a definite can-do attitude!
