My dog smells like she had a bath, she got a haircut and her nails are trimmed and that's about the only positive I have to say. I've rescued many dogs and have learned to groom them myself, but when my dog had surgery and then I had surgery, I didn't keep up with her coat as normal for a few weeks so my dog got matted behind each ear on on the back legs. I'm not normally one of those dog moms that would freak out because my mixed breed half poodle looks like a poodle, but what we ended up with is horrible. Just horrible. Whenever groomed my dog doesn't have any business grooming. I understand that my dog had some matting, but this is the worst, most uneven, ridiculous ugly haircut I've ever seen in my life. I'm going to post some before and after pics and I guarantee you won't be bringing your dog here. I cannot believe I paid $60 with tip for my dog to look a hot mess for two weeks because even a hobby groomer like me with a set of crappy Wahl clippers and some Cowboy Magic from Amazon could have done a thousand times better. I'm just shocked honestly. My whole family is like "did someone run the dog over with a lawn mower?????"

She acted like I was incapable of taking care of him... and the reason why! Because I couldn't prove I give my dogs heartworm medicine at home. No matter what proof I tried showing I was met with attitude and before she'd even look at it say "no that won't work" she completely ruined the day for us. I was so excited to adopt another fur baby and I left there feeling like I was a bad pet mom (if you knew me you'd know my pets are EVERYTHING to me) we decided to go through a different place. And never had to show ANY proof of heart worm medication. I feel bad for the animals because they might be missing out on their forever home all because this woman is miserable.
