So when I came to Animal Surgical Center of Michigan, I'll admit I brought that baggage with me. Throughout everything, Dr. Pearson and her team -- especially Sarah -- have been kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping my dog. We've done biopsies, bile acid testing, copper level screening, ultrasounds, and more. And while it's taken time, Dr. Pearson has figured out what others couldn't. She's been steady and thoughtful in her care, and it's clear she truly loves her patients. There was a moment recently where I left a 3-star review out of pure frustration and emotional exhaustion. But after having a heartfelt conversation with Dr. Pearson, I saw how deeply she cared -- not just about my pet, but also about her work and the people she serves. I cried that day. She's observant and thoughtful in a way that you don't get from big, busy facilities with multiple trainers and programs. That might be convenient, but good training isn't on a time line. HA offers grooming, boarding, and training, and I've used all three. She's a great hand on the table, and she's never rough with the dogs. My dog loves to board with her, and he's eager to get into the kennel and play with doggy friends. As for training, he has two obedience titles, his championship, and several sports titles. All of these were either trained with Daphne or on the foundation she taught us both. You really can't do better than her care for your dog.
