Arrive with a plan for island time and you are fine. On various days we had their stuffed avocado special or just scrambled eggs with fruit. Coffee was good and there were lots of options, I enjoyed the iced latte. They were out of fresh juice when we went one day but otherwise all seemed available. Came here with my family and we were treated with excellent customer service. I ordered the mini cortadito breakfast and the eggs were delicious, but my favorite were the house potatoes. It was a little confusing to get there with Apple Maps, but once you are In the country club they can show you where it is. Once you are there, you will not be disappointed by the views around you! Cute little restaurant. Still not seating inside due to covid, but enough outdoor seating for about 8 families. Ordered the stuffed carnitas avocado and it was delicious! When staying in Palmas del Mar; especially if your hotel's restaurant fare is horrible (Wyndam @Palmas del Mar) rest assured you won't be disappointed in the food here. Nice breakfast and brunch/lunch options. Service is slow but customer service is good... so sit back and relax they get to you eventually. Avocado toast is literally a slab of avocado, smashed onto a piece of bread. No onions no tomatoes no seasonings.

We had lunch here recently and it was totally average. The tables and floor were dirty from the night before, presumably, because it just opened for lunch, and our order got screwed up. I had a chicken wrap, which didn't taste like anything. No spice, no flavor, and poor service. The pizza was OK but they made the wrong one for us. Meh all around. read more

It would have been 1 star but the food had good portions and we are getting used to slow service here on the island. Got there at 8:30 am and ordered an omelet and a breakfast burrito. Took 50 minutes to get the food and it was very disappointing. The potatoes were soggy and covered in rosemary to the point that the smell made everything taste like rosemary. The omelet was served with a side of brown avocado and the burrito was so bland it needed extra salt. Couldn't get through the burrito though because the veggies inside were not cooked. The hot salsa that came with the food blew my mind in a bad way when I tried it, it was sweet and overpowered by the flavor of cinnamon. read more

The place was clean and we were warmly greeted once we arrived. I must mention that I'm a coffee drinker and I was truly looking forward to the coffee from this place (specially because of the name). I think that's why I was so disappointed. I asked for a latte with one of the syrups they offer my first option of syrup was unavailable. I then asked for a latte with a different syrup, the coffee I was given was dark. I politely asked if I could please get additional milk. Another staff member came over and said in Spanish "you're the one who'd like the additional milk.. I mean this is real coffee. It's not McDonald's coffee"... I thought that was rude (that being said, after that comment, that staff member was the friendliest at the place). Once I received the milk, the coffee was still to strong. The same staff member said that they had a new coffee machine and that could be the issue. Since I was unable to drink the coffee, I was offered various options of juices.. I ordered passion fruit, and minutes later the waitress came back saying she didn't have any. Aside from the coffee ordeal, the food was okay. I was put off by the random slice of cheese on top. My experience could have been a bad day for them, but personally there was just nothing memorable for me to return. read more

My family and I visited this place about 20 minutes ago. The whole experience was horrible! The menu states "natural juices" but they gave us bottled juices. The waitress kept coming back saying what they didn't have instead of knowing prior to taking our orders. The food took almost an hour to come out and was cold!! There was bacon on the plate that no one ordered and we don't eat pork so the plate was sent back. Another 20min wait when I requested the check. The food and service was HORRIBLE read more

Awful breakfast! I got Corditas Breakfast with eggs, pancakes w/ Nutella, and fruit. The "scrambled" eggs were a flat rubbery glob that appeared microwaved. The pancakes were cold and rubbery. Second visit and absolutely love the ambiance, service and food! First time had a house made Chicken Empanada and it was absolutely delicious! I prefer a more "Argentinian" style and baked and this adorable cafe delivered. Second visit and I am enjoying a superbly seasoned and homemade traditional protein/vegetable soup called "Sancocho". I love they have Coke products in addition to Puerto Rican coffee for their coffee beverages. The main feature about this coffee shop and cafe is that their food is really, really, really delicious! The wait time to get breakfast for 2 was about 2hrs. A table with a party of 4 came about 40mins after us and got their food, finished eating yet we still didn't get ours. We brought it up to them and they said it was coming 30mins ago. Mind you the food we ordered was nothing extravagant. We were one of the first customers when they opened. The waffle was pretty bland, and they had the same type of cheese pastry 3 days in a row without any other option so that was disappointing given they show a variety of cakes and pastries in their photos. My brother and I went there for the first time today- and we were very excited to see they had iced coffee seeing as that is our coffee of choice. Not only was the coffee really good, but the service was phenomenal and the coffee shop was beautiful and clean. Being from Puerto Rico, I had High Hopes for this local deli, but the service and food was awful, and this is an understatement. The food arrived more than an hour after we ordered, and all orders were incomplete. The simple sandwiches seemed to be grilled/pressed with fingers, instead of a panini press or similar. Literally plain sandwiches roughly thrown on a plate. Super sloppy preparation, and expensive compared to what was offered in the menu and then served. Not recommended at all. read more
