(8am in my case) because no one booked it anyway", make them write than on paper and add "you will not be charged for another day". That's exactly what happened to me. I submitted a claim and got a call back from the branch general manager, explained everything again and he told me "you weren't told you won't be charged". He talked to me like I'm a retard. No one had the right dimension box or I would be forced to spend $50-$200 for a pack of multiple boxes. I finally called UPS to ask if they had the right size for me to purchase - although I did not want to use UPS as a carrier, preferring USPS - they told me they did not even carry the size box I needed, but referred me to this establishment. From my first inquiry phone call to the next day purchase of the boxes, I had a courteous man immediately help me with my shipping needs. The pricing was very reasonable. The shop is fairly small, but they carry a large assortment and range of box sizes. I went in sort of end of day, an hour before closing. and I was served with courtesy and care. My daughter wanted this Lahaina land and sea seriograph in her island home. They double boxed it with special protection and sent me a picture of their work. This Trip Tych was to big for me to handle so they arranged a pick up. After boxing it they shipped it via UPS. It arrived in great shape.
