As he's arguing with me he puts his hands on my cart in front of me and told me I'm not allowed to leave the store. So detained me at front of the store. Called others up. This would have been around 9:15 or 9:20 when I checked out. My receipt says Tam is the name but I didn't get a look at her name tag. I really don't like giving bad reviews especially when the store always looks clean and I can usually find what I need but I think the rudeness needs to be addressed. We were eating at another establishment in the parking lot for lunch and needed to get a couple of grocery items afterward. It was an easy walk across the parking lot to the store. There are two entrances to choose from, and the standard grocery store set up with produce, bakery, isles of products, etc. We searched through the store, but they didn't have what we were looking for, so we opted to leave and look elsewhere. I am something of a grocery outlet fanatic. This one is one of the best if not the undisputed best grocery outlet I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. It was very well organized. Many I've been to are more haphazard. The selection was broad and had something for everyone (vegan turkey!!!). The prices were also great -- very reasonable and good deals. The person at the cashier was friendly and there was a small town vibe. Go here!!!
