Our dishwasher stopped working, I reached out to Keith at Corvallis Appliance Service, he returned my call that evening and talked to my husband (who had tried some unsuccessful trouble shooting), Keith discussed another option to try and, if it didn't work, call him back. Well, his suggestion worked! For a service company to call and trouble shoot the problem before an on-site service call is, in my experience, unheard of - Keith's 10-minute phone call saved us a couple hundred of dollars. I had called every repair place in the Corvallis area to have someone come out and fix my stove. I was told that my brand of stove was basically junk, (5 year old Samsung) and threw out a couple other brands that were too. In my case, the parts were hard to get and no one worked on them. Corvallis Appliance was my last shot. They not only told me they can work on my stove, but basically diagnosed my problem over the phone and ordered the part beforehand. I live out of the area, but according to my tenant the oven was sparking and flaming and the fire department had to disconnect it. Keith diagnosed the problem quickly, had all the parts with him, and repaired it by 5pm. The $75 service call fee was applied toward the final bill.
