I have been a loyal client of this luxury med spa for almost two years. During that time, I…read morereceived multiple treatments, including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, facials, and weekly weight-loss injections. I always paid for my treatments in advance and trusted the staff enough to have charges placed on my CareCredit account and simply receive my receipt afterward. Unfortunately, my experience has changed significantly. I was first contacted about a $5 charge for a treatment box that no one had informed me needed to be returned. Had I been told there was a return policy, I would have gladly brought it back. Instead, I felt like I was being blamed for something that was never explained. I also experienced confusion regarding my prepaid weight-loss injections. Before picking up my injection, I confirmed with Amy that I was receiving my last prepaid dose and that I would need to pay only if I decided to continue the following week. However, when I arrived, the front desk insisted that I needed to pay again. Even after I explained that I had already prepaid and that this had been confirmed, I continued to be questioned. As a loyal customer, I found this frustrating and unnecessary. The final disappointment came when the owner called me and said the front desk staff felt uncomfortable with what I had said. I explained that I was the one who felt uncomfortable because I had repeatedly been put in situations where I had to defend myself over issues involving communication and payments. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, I was told that my remaining laser session would simply be refunded. The issue has never been about $5 or paying for services. I have always paid for my treatments. The issue is the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and the way I was treated as a long-term customer. I expected a luxury med spa to provide professionalism, respect, and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have not reflected those standards.

My skin was dry, lacked volume, moisture, etc. I made an appointment to get a hydrafacial with Kristen and immediately fell in love. The spa is gorgeous. It has a nice warm feel to it as you walk in. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Kristen is literally beautiful inside and out. She makes sure you are comfortable and ensures you have the most amazing spa experience. The table is soooooo comfortable and warm. The room is so peaceful and relaxing. Not only did I leave there super relaxed, but my skin was glowing! Kristen doesn't try to push anything on you. She's honest and that is the most amazing feeling in the world! Kristen followed up that evening by checking on me. I mean, talk about great customer service! Needless to say, I went back for my second appointment and she was just as wonderful. In less than a month's time, my skin did a total 180. My skin is flowing and feels so smooth. Definitely has some more work to do but I'm confident my skin will look it's absolute best with Kristen's help! I am definitely going to be a regular at the Montville Medspa. Thank you Kristen for the most amazing experience and facials!

For over 30 years, Dr. Stack has provided the best and most caring services to his clients. My parents, in their 80s were going to a doctor because they were passing a cold back and forth. Their doctor said, "What do you expect? You're old." I said that's enough of that and I took them both to Dr. Stack who treated them. They recovered and NEVER got sick again. Dad lived to 94 and mom to 98.5 years of age. Dr. Stack cares and he is the most thorough and thoughtful doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone even if you have to drive a ways to see him.

No muss no fuss I'm sick I need to get in and out and they do that well for me. I generally get recurrent sinus infections and he doesn't mess around I get a z-pack and some nasal steroids and mucinex and it works every time. He spends a good amount of time with each patient and makes sure all your questions are answered. All of his office staff are pleasant and do their best to accommodate you. They have definitely upgraded within the last year or so, he now holds night hours (I have no idea when this poor guy gets to have a life), and they always had Saturday hours I think they still do. They will take blood at the office for your so physicals are great cuz it's a one stop shop. I needed an extra test once, an EKG and they have a relationship with a group that comes in and runs them out of his office--they called and cleared everything with my insurance for me and I was able to come back a week later to have the test done--again nice and easy. My only concern is that because he is such a good doctor his patient base is HUGE and sometimes it can be rough to get an appt. Be warned, physicals are usually scheduled MONTHS in advance so if you need one don't delay, also when everyone is sick it's a little harder to get in but now with night hours although 10pm might not be preferable when you're sick it's better than having to go to urgent care. He's a great doctor and gets the job done.

I have been going there for decades, not years. That should tell you heaps. I also do not put up…read moreany doctors who feel my time is not important -- that and a "god complex" (complete with the old days when the sexy Pharma rep got to meet with the doc even though I'd been waiting 30 minutes already AND condescending speak) means I refuse to deal with that office. I have had to tell too many doctor (back in the 1980s and '90s) that *I* pay their salary, whether it is via insurance or not, and I am not paying them to be treated poorly. My time is JUST as important at theirs. Enter Changebridge. I have never had to wait, they have called me if an appointment could not happen or had an incredible wait (very, very infrequently, but it happens), I have never seen a pharmaceuticals rep in there ever (granted, it is no longer cricket for them to offer a free trip to Hawai'i any longer, but that's fine with me. My doctor is Dr. Frank Iannetta, and he has been so for the time I have gone there. I love him; he took a lot of time to learn about adult-onset muscular dystrophy (DM Type II), always offers advice, looks into any question I have, not religious and always has a laugh with me over so many different issues outside of medicine. He listens, chats, but is serious and totally qualified to help with anything. Another excellent quality is that Changebridge has relationships with so many other types of specialty medical practices that I have gotten audiology, podiatry, cardiac, pain management and so many other kinds of help. I take almost no medications (the list is 6 now, not 10 and far less than the amounts I've been on). I also go to PT three times a week, and I feel just INCREDIBLE! I go primarily to Dr. Iannetta, but any doctor there is just wonderful. My husband and I both go; he really likes to go to Dr. Pallay, who is very medically knowledgeable, but he is focused on the medicine and not a "chat" kind of doc; I love Dr. Iannetta because he is the exact opposite. Both kinds as well as everyone in-between is right for many patients. None of the doctor or nurses are any the less gifted in medicine. I know all the staff (for the most part) and speak to them all with delight. I enjoy every person there. They all bring something special to the experience. They do a lot for any patient. I cannot recommend them enough. I would not even know where to begin with how much they have done for me over...I think more than 30 years. We have lived in Parsippany now for 32 years. Before that in Fairfield, so really, I don't know. But I am deliriously happy with every visit there. You will be, too.

Finally, after days of a chest cold and having no intent of driving into the City I broke down and went to see Dr. Aasmaa. I am now a believer! First of all, they had an appointment available next day which was great. Secondly, the front office staff was so pleasant and helpful I thought I died (pun intended) and went to medical heaven. The icing cake was Dr. Aasmaa herself. She was knowledgeable, patient and quite the listener. Her compassion was amazing and she genuinely wanted to hear how I was feeling and how she could help get me better!!!! Now for the negative. Well...there is no negative. It keeps getting better. I needed a prescription renewal and it was approved immediately for the mail in drug company. I had a side effect of an drug and her partner in the practice called me back in 5 minutes and wasn't even remotely annoyed. I was told he was scheduled out to November and I would need to see a different physician or a nurse practitioner who are female. I was not comfortable with this and was abruptly told that was it. No refill of my critical prescription unless I scheduled with the person or their choice, not mine. In what world does a doctors office dictate the physician you have to see vs. the one you want.
