I love that Dr Rubinetti treats a wide variety of care from blood work, physicals, flu shots,diabetes,etc.i called him up gave him my symptoms over the phone he told me he thought i had shingles.He wanted me to come in immediately for test just in case so I could start meds ASAP. I was in his office within 3 hrs and diagnosed with shingles. I started the meds right away. ( extremely painful disease) For as long as I've been going to him he has always caught things early for me which I appreciate. Also I like the fact that he never orders unnecessary tests only when truly needed. I highly recommend this doctor and staff.

I generally just stick to my OB/GYN. I went to Dr. Davis' office for a new patient visit to established care. His office staff was incredibly friendly and they ran very very close to on time (I think he was maybe five or 10 minutes behind) and apologized profusely for being a couple minutes behind. He was kind, thorough, and very reassuring. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. I felt he spent an incredibly appropriate amount of time with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. Another thing that I find unique about Dr. Davis is that he didn't push meds Down my throat right away, most doctors in his position would've opted to put me on medication immediately. Of the group, Dr. Teresa Manocchio (pronounced like Pinocchio) is my all-time favorite. She has a warm bedside manner and an honest, down-to-earth personality. She's a natural. The entire staff including nurses and receptionists (who can validate parking) are great with children and their parents. In the waiting area, there's a spot for parking strollers and Nemo and Dory impersonators in a fish tank that separates healthy and sick patients. While receptionists can book appointments, online scheduling's available on a "patient portal" for $69/year for one child (and $30/year for each additional child). Visit notes, recommendations, and vaccine information are shared on the portal but more importantly, future appointments are easier to schedule with any doctor you wish. For regular check-ups, bringing a blanket helps keep babies warm when they need to be stripped to their diaper. One time I forgot and had to use my hoodie. Wait times typically range from 5 to 15 minutes. The staff's pretty mindful of keeping healthy kids away from exam rooms previously occupied by a sick child. The doctors use current best practices and fully answer any questions. They also perform ear piercings for $100 which includes a starter pair of earrings from a selection of 5 choices. I suggest bringing a book or toy as a distractor for immediately after the piercing. For semi-emergencies, you can call for a same-day appointment with the doctor on duty. I love this group so much that I recommended them to my brother's family. It's a matter of trust.

Once you become a patient making appointments is not difficult and rescheduling appointment is a breeze. Dr. Stecker is a very compassionate doctor. He listens to what I have to say when I explain my issues, and addresses each and every one of them. I like that they have their own x-ray machine and technician on hand. I can get an x-ray and have the results right then and there in less then 10 minutes. This is very helpful when your not exactly sure what the problem is. It really helps to rule out, or diagnose a problem. I'm getting shots in my knees for severe pain from an auto accident, and I feel Dr. Stecker uses the best medication out there to help with my problems. I am grateful that this practice treats you like a human being. He asked me how my pain is and if I need medication. So many doctors don't even care and your just a number. I've never felt that at this practice. When I had surgery, everything was carefully arranged and explained to me in detail. My follow up visits went smoothly and the course of treatment was known. There are several doctors in this practice and they all specialize in different things. I highly recommend Dr. Stecker and this practice.

BUT BUT BUT, Dr. Minifra is on an extended maternity leave, and left her patients care to her assistant, Denise Hernandez A.P.R.N. On December 18th, I made a video appointment with Denise, during this call everything went well; as usual. I was told by Denise as we ended the call, to follow up in 2 weeks. TWO WEEKS LATER...... I go to MyChart to schedule a follow-up with Denise, and I can't schedule an appointment, there are NO PROVIDERS LISTED!! Also, there was no way to send a message!! I call the office next, and I'm transferred to someone who tells me "You've been discharged from this practice!! SHOCKED!! ME?? WHY?? All that was explained to me was that "They are short staffed". Next, I was told that they would provide 1 month of medication while I find another provider. Now, for most people this might be ok, but for me, I'm on Controled Substance meds, and finding another provider is More than Difficult, and I explained them of this; THEY DID NOT CARE!! Being a patient with 3 chronic conditions in need of continuous medications, this type of behavior should be ILLEGAL!! Doctors take an oath, to "DO NO HARM", these Doctors Harmed Me Terribly!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS!!

At 630 this morning, I realized I had forgotten to pack my thyroid medicine to take with me on vacation to Boston. I called and left a message requesting a prescription be called in for 5 tablets. I gave all of my personal info, and provided the location and phone number of the local CVS, which was in Salem, where we'd be spending the day, as well as my own phone number. I did not receive any call back confirming that the message was received, etc. So I called again, at about 9:35. I was told the prescription had been "called in". Ok, great. We did some sightseeing at I went to the CVS at 11:30 assuming the prescription would be ready or nearly ready. I was told it was never received. Called the Dr office again. I was told that the Dr on duty never looked at it because he was busy with patients. Ok, but I'm a patient also, and I had iniated this request in the early morning, so could they please ask him to do it between patients she said she would ask him to do that. I returned at 1:30... STILL NOTHING. I called the Dr office and was told the same story. We went to lunch. I called the pharmacy at 330. THE PRESCRIPTION WAS A) NOT CALLED IN TO THAT LOCATION, BUT TO ANOTHER ONE IN SALEM; B) THE DR PRESCRIBED *A*FULL*30 DAY* SUPPLY* which I did not ask for, and the prescription coverage denied it because I'm not due for a FULL refill until October. NO KIDDING. BUT I ONLY ASKED FOR F I V E TABLETS. I called the Dr office A G A I N, told them what they did which was WRONG, and they proceeded to pit me.in hold then hand me off to someone who expected me to start from the beginning to explain it to her. NO THANKS. I called the CVS back, worked with the pharmacy to only fill it for 5 tablets, for which I had to pay out of pocket since the INEPT DR OFFICE called in the WRONG QUANTITY so the pharmacy could not run it through my prescription coverage for less than 30 day supply. I. AM. LIVID. I've NEVER dealt with such ineptitude in my life.

I was starting peri-menopause and he completely dismissed any of my concerns. Weight gain - told me to watch what I was eating, hair issues - I had a ferritin level of 8 and he never mentioned a thing, iron saturation of 5 - no wonder I was tired. I didn't even question it until a new doctor ran tests and addressed it. I guess I was foolish to not question it - my mistake!
