Humaning can be a bit much and it affects us all differently especially as we transition and progress in our journey. ATMC was totally necessary for me on so many different levels, main one I believe was it distanced me from systems and relationships (people, substances, places) and gave me new routine, perspective and community. Everyone that I have talked with has been so helpful and very informative and supportive. The center is absolutely beautiful and they use many different types of healing modalities. It feels refreshing to walk in the door, and everyone has been so friendly.
