Troy, who I believe is the owner, went over the all the possible issues with me and it ended up being a simple repair. Other than that, inside the shop was filled wall-to-wall with guitars, basses, ukuleles, and plenty of accessories. In our initial phone call I hadn't given too much information about my skill but her selections for me were 100% what I needed. From reviews at other shops I thought I was going to be pressured into buying something expensive that I didn't need. That was absolutely not the case here. The selections she showed me were all in my price range and she answered any questions I had to make sure I chose the perfect instrument. I'll definitely be coming back.

From a tune up in the workshop to creating a custom piece or nailing the accurate color paint job, these guys truly know how to cater to the needs and desires of their customer base. They truly love what they do, they genuinely care about each of those guitars that cross the threshold, and do their utmost to provide their clientele with an exceptional customer service experience. As I was getting ready to leave, Charlie kindly opened the door and informed me that the store wasn't open on Mondays, but offered his assistance nonetheless. I explained that I needed clarification about my instrument rental agreement. Charlie was incredibly professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond my expectations--not only did he thoroughly explain the details, but he also took the initiative to call the rental company directly to obtain the accurate information I needed. I even offered to come back on another day, but Charlie insisted on helping me right then and there. It's clear that Music Shack truly values their customers, and Charlie is a shining example of excellent service.
