At 5:10 Jaider from Genius Painting & Cleaning called and set up a time that same evening for a walkthrough. He and Veronica were amazing! They arrived on time, masked up and meant business. They were very thorough and clearly very experienced with this sort of task. Veronica took notes and made suggestions that I hadn't thought of and pointed out some trouble areas I had never noticed. They assured me that they'd be able to complete the cleaning in time for the realtor and to my satisfaction. I have 3 cats and a dog and lived in my home for 8 years so they definitely had their work cut out for them! If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company.
