The man that answered the phone said it was fine. The gun arrived at the business on a Wednesday via FedEx at 10:48 am, I received a notification that read, "Customer not available or business closed" I contacted the place and gave him a tracking number and told him it would be redelivered the following day, he said he was very sorry for the mix up and someone would be there on Thursday to accept the package. Well Thursday came and I received the same notification as I did the day before. I never heard from anyone at Thin Blue Line Armory again. I contacted the business I purchased the gun from and let them know what happened, I explained that I used this place because it was on their preferred FFL list, they told me that they too tried to contact him via telephone after the first missed delivery and couldn't get in touch with anyone. I was also told that they would remove them from their preferred FFL list. The gun had to be shipped back to the dealer it was purchased from and shipped out to another FFL. Not a good way to do business...

I took my license test from them. The class was great, but the instructor was rude to me. I had my pistols in a bag next to my chair, secured and unloaded and he demanded that I remove them and put them in my car. Said I was endangering the class, despite the fact that he was carrying a loaded pistol on his hip. I got my license, however, I really don't want to go there for any type of shooting or classes again unless they change their attitude!

The only downside is that it's longer than most classes in the area but you actually get to learn something not just sit through another powerpoint show. I think it's the only hands-on class and I got to do lots of cool things with a few different guns! Can't wait for my range time to come when I finally get my permit.
