We've been to several exhibitions there over the years which have all been great - with the actual…read moregalleries long since priced out of the short north and even Franklinton getting pricey, this is one of the few left that is available to work with artists, collectives, etc. for shows. The murals on the outside are great, too. I'm sure they will be glad when the construction across the street is done, but in the meantime parking can be a bit confusing due to lack of signage about where it's legal. But keep supporting them in the meantime - we need more spaces like this!

I came a little past 1 on a Saturday for an exhibition and it was only us and a volunteer and an intern. They said that they typically don't get many people here unless they have a huge event in which the artist brings their friends to the reception. Still, I wish more people knew about it. They do events here once a month and have an annual festival in early September! Be sure to follow their Instagram and Facebook for more updates! It's volunteer-run, so if you're interested in helping them out they welcome it! They had a few appetizers out, coffee, and juice. The juice was very refreshing! There are a few murals around it and on the building itself. There's a parking lot to the right of it that I think is theirs or you can do street parking on Starr Ave. I'm coming back again next month!

This is a cute little gallery located in Campbell Hall on the OSU campus, with free entry. It is a…read moreone-room gallery that features various exhibits related to historic textiles and clothing. A stairwell connects it to the new Global Gallery campus location, where you can get fair trade goodies and grab some coffee. The exhibits can easily be seen in under an hour. Because parking on campus is difficult, this is probably most easily visited if you have some time to kill before or after an appointment, event, or class on campus. Otherwise, the gallery does have Saturday hours 12-4, so a non football Saturday would probably provide the easiest parking opportunities. The website lets you check on what the current exhibit is, so you can see if it's of interest to you. I went to check out the current Historic Girl Scout exhibit and found it quite fascinating. They have a nice collection of uniforms, dolls, handbooks, etc more, including a very nice timeline about the history of the Girl Scouts. It was very well done.

I've recommended him/Minuteman Tickets to several of my colleagues. Well, I said I would do more business with Matt/ Minuteman Tickets and here I am three months later. I wanted to get a pair of tickets to a Brad Paisley concert at Blossom Music Center in July, '18 for a special relative, who happens to be a police officer. I called Matt (who remembered me!!) and explained what I wanted. He said his staff would work on it and call me within an hour. In the interim, I went on line with StuHub and TicketMaster to at a seating map; I also noted there prices. I called Matt again and explained, to narrow their search, where I wanted the seats to be. Matt said they'd call me within 30 minutes. He called 20 minutes later with several options, all much cheaper than StubHub and TicketMaster!! He was also able to get the parking pass I requested. Within 20 minutes, I received my receipt and the police officer received his emailed tickets. I cannot imagine having a better experience. I am very grateful I heard their radio ad on 105.7 ("Hooley ans Spielman") back in November, '17. I'm certain I'll be doing business with Minuteman Tickets many more times.

Amy's voice is so beautiful (she should be famous) and her interaction with the children is impossible to beat! My niece' jaw dropped the day she met Elsa because she was so in awe Elsa actually stopped by to see her! It was such an amazing experience not only for the kids but for me. The experience was so real, I almost forgot Amy wasn't actually Elsa! :). No other princess business I know offers such amazing talent along with a genuine personable experience. I highly recommend!

Her kitchen had NO decorations, the windows were open so we heard A LOT of Traffic on Morse Rd. We asked how much she charged for 30 min. and she told us, "we don't go by time, it's whatever I see in you" and that costs $45. BIG RED FLAG. She gave my friend and I both 10 minute readings... During both of our readings she tried to get us to pay $100 for the full life readings and tried to entice us saying it came with a free gift.. probably something from her freakin' pantry. She asked my name, birth date, and sign. She only gave me information that pertained to my astrological sign. Everything I already knew. I did not even want to pay this woman, she was so bad. She told me my spirit animal was a pony, THAT'S NOT EVEN A REAL SPIRIT ANIMAL. She checked her phone the whole time the whole time as well, seeming very uninterested.
