We booked the party bus to transport the wedding party and wedding guests to our after party location. The bus never showed up. I requested the driver only contact my sister if need be as I was the bride and not on my phone. They only called me once, left a voicemail that was completely unintelligible words. My sister called that number back after she noticed I had a missed call. The driver answered, then hung up. She called again, he said call the management company, but didn't provide a number. My sister eventually found the number and got ahold of the management team. They offered no solution. The groom called management again and they offered to come pick us up at the after party location, but still for an extra cost. My husband asked for a refund and they refused. I cannot believe the horrible customer service we experienced. I will say Sabrina was our point of contact until we ran into any issues and she was so sweet, sounded genuinely excited for us every time we spoke. The owner of the company was rude when my husband spoke with him, and the driver was absolutely awful and unprofessional on the phone. Obviously nothing could ruin our amazing perfect day, but this definitely put a wrench in the after party celebrations. I will NEVER allow my friends or family to book from this company. Thank god my credit card company was able to dispute the charge and I got a refund that way. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. update: i've received word from my sister Sabrina was NOT helpful. i take it back.

Went on a Saturday around 12, started to get pretty busy around 12:45-1:30. Which makes the…read morecave/cavers very tight to walk through. While your down there your using a provided map to guide yourself around and match the corresponding areas ( Ex; A to A or 1-1 ) We went after it had just rained the night before, so everything was VERY wet. Wear waterproof/walking shoes if you plan on exploring. Be prepared to get dripped on by very cold water coming off nearby rocks, and the "ceiling". Coming down the initial very steep stairs is a beautiful view of different levels of rocks decending into a tunnel/cave where the rest of the cavers are. Tons of puddles all over the ground from collected rain water and the "droplets". Most the areas are about big enough for one person to walk through the tunnel areas at one time, and if your a larger person i DO NOT recommend going down there. Some areas are extremely tight and really only accessible to someone under 4'5 and around 100 pounds or less. (Im 5'4, 140 and some areas i almost got stuck cause it was too tight going through the rocks. It is neat to see though, i dont think id want to do it again as it is just wet rocks and the furthest tunnel was closed from the previous year that occurred from some heavy rain water. (The water collected, over time causing a collapse). So that was kind of a bummer but i get it for safety reasons. The gem mining was fun, definitely loaded with a lot of "gravel" type rocks so that was new for me, Ive only ever had ones with dirt/sand that yield rocks/gems/shark teeth. We found some really interesting gemstones in each tray. The petting zoo was great. I thought it wad Going to be boring and smelly, and i was happily wrong. The goats were adorable, when we came in a baby jumped through the fence and was following our group. And when we came inside the "pen" to pet them he ran back in it was very cute! The deer were a little skittish but very sweet and gentle. The treasure hunt/maze was VERY fun we enjoyed getting different prizes snd trading them within the group.

There was only one scene that I felt they were actually synced to the music; the remainder of the time you see two lights periodically change color on wrist. And more importantly, if you weren't wearing one, you (or your kids) would never notice! Lastly, the "free" print is given away as they parade you into the gift shop. . . Just looks like people are in line to purchase something. . . Again, your kids would not feel as if they were missing out. Enjoy, but don't be sucked in to spend the extra money.

Upon driving 1.5 miles into the park to reach the fest, we saw some nice park pavilions with hosted parties. Made a mental note that it's a great location for an outdoor party! Scenic, fun to spot wildlife (we saw turkeys!) and easily reached from the highway. It was our first time visiting the folk music festival and, on a gorgeous sunny day, we couldn't have asked for more. Friendly volunteers, gorgeous green open area, talented musicians throughout the 2-day event, a handful of great vendors and food choices, and awesome kid's crafts. It's family and dog-friendly. It's not crowded nor overpriced. I look forward to visiting next year!

Friday night kicks the event off with a potluck dinner and the "world's worst song' contest. If you've got a really bad song in ya, you could possibly win a major award! Saturday and Sunday brings workshops, concerts and gospel sings. If you are a fan of bluegrass or folk music, I'd highly recommend checking out this festival for at least a day. It's a hippy-jam-fest-of-a-blast.

I was happy to get there early enough for an hour to chill before the next showing, and I just played on my phone, and people watched for 50 mins, but they had arcade games if you got kiddos. I had a great seat for the show, but there was a guy who smelled like an ashtray, and I was like, LORD, I am the only one over here in row E. The employee running the laser tag said maybe we should just come back on another day instead of enforcing the rules. When speaking with the manager, she said oh yeah they have been an issue all day.
