I just picked up my husbands car from Posh after having it detailed for his birthday. It was a disaster to say the least. I didn't even recognize it when I saw how clean they got it. I was really impressed that they were able to make the interior look almost new. I also had my mustang go through the wash when I was there. While other places don't hand dry the car thorough at the end, the workers here made sure there were no streaks or spots missed. I really appreciated that and the air freshener gift! 5 !!! read more

These fools don't have an interior cleaning to go with the exterior wash, like vacuuming or wash mats. In order to get that, you have to do a $45 outside/inside detail. Y'all have lost your minds!!! read more

ZERO Stars Made an appointment thru their website an hour beforehand. Int/ext detail for $150. Got there 15 min early, wasn't even allowed in the OPEN door. After 2 years of the pandemic they're still not letting customers inside. I'm all for precautions but y'all realize you're the ONLY business that's still this restrictive, right? No wonder why your car wash was completely empty. Told the outside attendant I have a 2pm appointment. He went inside to check and said the guy was on lunch. I knew I was early, as I arrived approximately 1:50pm, but after checking again inside, the guy comes back out and quotes me at $200!! I was like, um I don't think so! Thank God I didn't pay up front when I made my online appointment that was only for $150! Clearly they'd rather just spend a lazy afternoon instead of doing their jobs. Shame. Used to be such a reliable place. Went there for years but I guess another symptom of covid is lack of common decency and customer service. STAY AWAY. read more

I've got the syntactic oil changed in one of my vehicles and got the free car wash deal. The car wash was fine but the guys cleaning after the wash didn't clean the car appropriately. I asked if he can vacuum the front side again and he didn't understand what I was saying. Anyhow, owner should be more involved in day to day operations to curb such hiccups. read more

I will never go there again. Today I went and spend $16 on what I thought would be an external wash/wax and internal vacuuming and cleaning of windows. I asked the guy who took my money at beginning of wash if it would be vacuumed once we drove through the wash and he said yes. When I got there and they dried it off.. I said what about the inside windows and vacuuming? He said that it was exterior only and that if I wanted a vacuum, I would need to pay the $35 cleaning! I was so pissed. I would have only had the $5.99 external wash done if I knew I wasn't getting interior done at all. So for my $16.. they wiped off the car, put tire black on and supposedly gave me hot wax. I have been going there for YEARS and I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! read more

I did not come for the car wash, but for the oil change! I paid $85 for an oil change, air filter replacement, tire rotation, and plugging of a tire leak. Not only were they done quickly, but the service guys explained why each procedure was necessary without being pushy. I extremely appreciate that. If I end up in the area again I would absolutely come back. The oil change came with a free car wash but I never did get around to using it. read more

Disgusted ended up with very badly scratched car as the woman was so busy harassing me on how to drive my transporter out of a tight spot instead of getting out of the way and shutting up, they also don't wash the roof which is why I was going in the first place, still had the cheek to charge me fully as well. They don't have the cars parked sensibly which is why there was a problem, the car in front was stopped at an angle Partially blocking my path, she was too concerned about that car and not the wall the other side. If you value your car, do not go here. Went in for a simple oil change around July of 2013 and when my next one was due, I went to a different place. When I was getting the oil change done at the new place, they informed me that posh didn't install the oil filter itself. The housing was installed properly but no filter. Perhaps they do a decent car wash but I wouldn't even trust them for that after screwing up a basic oil change. Considering filing a report with the better business bureau. I went to this car wash since it's local to where I live, my first mistake was not checking out the reviews before going there. This is honestly by far the worst car wash I ever been to and I'm not one to leave reviews in general. I got there and they did not even bother to wipe the car down before going into the machines. They just sprayed soap on the car as if that does so much to a car that's literally dirty. It's like taking your car offroad then getting a wash after just to have them rinse down the car with water. After the wash was done the other guys start to dry it off while I'm here thinking okay the car looks clean from my view point. I later go to the store and look at my car and it literally looks like it's never been washed. I come back to complain and they're giving me an issue about it because they said it's a cement material. I come out the car and with my finger it wipes right off. I don't understand why they run a car wash if they can't even wipe the cars down like every other car wash does before going into the actual wash. And not to mention the other guy standing on the other side of the car is talking crap in Spanish as if I don't understand him. Then after the second wash. Somewhat better, the same guy that was talking crap comes all the way to the front of the wash to talk crap to the guys drying my car. It was too early to go off on the guy. Plus at the end of the day he's the one butt hurt about it when he does absolutely nothing but stand there like an idiot. Can't believe this car wash is still in business. read more

Came here because it looked like a fancy car wash. My car got stuck inside the car wash. The car behind mine hit my car. Damaging my bumper and his. The worker told me this happens often. The manager told us he is not responsible for the damages. (I just had my rear bumper resprayed as well). This car wash cost me 280$. And on top of that, the car wash wasn't even that great. Bad business ethics, bad service, overall a bad business. Go to Bentley on 516 or Sel's hand wash on rt34 instead. read more

This place was originally just a carwash business, but a few years ago, they expanded and added a express lube service garage also. First the car wash: it's your basic car wash which offers different deals, depending if you want the interior cleaned, wax applied, rims cleaned, etc.. I usually go at night because they have a deal, which is $5 for an exterior wash. The guys hand-drying the cars usually don't completely dry off your car. So don't feel too guilty if you don't leave a big tip. Express lube garage: they can service up to 4 cars at a time in their garage. The majority of people who bring their cars in here just get an oil change. But they also do other services, but I wouldn't trust them with much more. The "mechanic" tried bs'ing me that I "desperately" needed a new cabin filter. He was ready to charge me $80 to replace the air filter and cabin filter. I'm sure they've scammed tons of people with even more expensive work. I've also heard that they're known to possibly steal stuff from inside the customers' cars. So be smart, don't leave anything valuable in your car when you take it here. Or better yet, take your car somewhere else if you can. read more

I have been going here for 4 years. They are now only doing exterior washes. I bring all of my vehicles there, I have 4 cars. Today I have my Cadillac and told them (as I usually do) that the tires are dirty can you scrub them. The attendant then tells me they only do that with the $15 wash new rules. I said since when since I get my car washed there basically once a week, he said since a long time. I told him which is it a new rule or for a long time. Then he says we can do it with the $12 wash. Anyways, I always get the $9 exterior wash and now they banged me for a few extra dollars. Thanks Posh!! I WON'T be coming back. I am not into nonsense and dishonesty. read more

Twice I've paid for the $20 rainex service which is supposed to include armor all on tires. The first time they did two tires, ok mistakes happen. I went again, and they again forgot two tires. Inside windows were still dirty. I've had better service from a place the next town over, for less money. read more
