If I could give 0 stars, I would. I specifically asked for the best wash for the interior.. ok no problem. I get back in my car and it doesn't even look like the inside was touched, maybe just a quick vacuum. With my $21, I could've bought the products myself and done a way better job. So here I am, 9 months pregnant cleaning the inside of my car because these people couldn't do the 1 job they were asked. Posh car wash has been around for a while. Use to come here a lot when my sister lived close by but I still come to this car wash when I'm the area (once every 3 weeks). I never had any issues with the workers that others are writing about. Always greeted with a friendly face at the start of the wash. Once in a while I'll ask to have the trunk space vacuumed and they're happy to do it. They offer multiple tiers of washes depending on what you want done. I was surprised one day with a free car wash after you pay for 10 washes. read more

My rims came out extremely dirty after the wash. Told the guy to clean it 3 times only to be ignored. Asked for manager, no one showed up for 7-8 minutes. Run with your life! Never go with your family to this wash. You will be told to pay first . When I went inside to pay a person who works there jumped inside the car and started moving it forward. He went into the car without asking me or my wife. My baby was in the car as well. These guys have zero courtesy! When I saw this happen I came back to the car from the cashier and asked the person there if it is ok to pay afterwards or if they can wait till I pay and get back. He said no. Another guy came and said he is the boss he switched off the wash and tried to pull me out of the car. When I said I didn't want to wash there he wouldn't let me go. He was drunk! Finally I had to pay inside while another guy got in the car with my wife and child and drove it into the wash place. Please don't go there with your family!! A bunch of thugs. With such a great location and fancy exterior I expected more from the car wash. I paid $20 for basically a hose down. There was so much hair still left in the car that they failed to even attempt to vacuum just move mats around and when I got back in my car, a dorito was just sitting on the seat. Not the crumbs, a full dorito as if they expected me to still want that. I bought a single towelette because I figured they would miss a few things that I can get myself but basically the whole interior needs a wipe down, I should've just bought a full bucket of cleaning wipes. I've been coming here for a long time, used to be 20 bucks to get an oil change plus a free car wash. I understand prices go up and that's ok. But now they charged me 20 bucks for a tire rotation and wouldn't cross the back tires up to the front (regular procedure for non directional tires fwd). Didn't refund me for the work that I need to to in my driveway now. Your shop is junk. Not to mention the zip tie that keeps my wiper blade on now. Boo, you've gone way downhill. read more

I purchased my car maybe 2 weeks ago. There was not a scratch on the vehicle. I purchased the $20 wash. The one man literally SPIT on my car prior to letting it go through the wash. He was very rude and ignorant. I had my niece with me so I didn't say anything. They didn't vacuum my car or use armorall on my dash because there was still dust on it. By my back tire there was still salt on it. My trunk has scuff marks all over it. Very deep. Its almost like the guy had razor blades in his hands when he was wiping my car down. I do not suggest anyone coming here. I didn't say anything to the people who were in there but it was a waste of my money. Do not let the building deceive you. I've given this place 1 too many chances!! And I've been there all but 3 times! Once before they remodeled the place, and back then it was worth it. Now with a newer building and higher prices, this place sucks! The interior of my car is always the same way once they're done....never vacuumed or dash cleaned. You pay extra for the service with the tire shine, and if you don't remind them, they will not put it on. And a closer look at your vehicle will only show how much this place sucks....as you will still see the dirt on your vehicle. Used to be my go-to car wash when I was in the area, but I'm starting to reconsider. Their cheapest option is $12 and includes both an exterior and interior wash. Not bad I guess, but becomes a waste when your car leaves and isn't completely dried off and the insides are still dirty with obvious dirt on the floor and around the console. The guys doing the work outside are not doing a thorough job of vacuuming and wiping down the inside of the car and are becoming lazy as they simply threw my rear floor mats in the back of the car; one even ended up on top of my seats! read more

$28 got me very little. These guys took forever. They sprayed the cleaner in several spots both inside and outside my car and never wiped it. I drove away with dried soap spots all over my car and had to get windex wipes. Inside windows are foggy after being "cleaned" and, to add insult to injury, no one told me my car was ready. Worst experience of our life. My husband was asked to step out of the car before getting into the wash and pay. As soon as he got down and went to pay which is quite far inside, a man stepped into the driver seat and moved the car forward. Like most car wash places we expected the car to be moved into the washing area after my husband steps back into car after paying. Our baby was in the car so my husband told them that he will pay after the wash as does not want us to go into the wash alone. One the workers started shouting no. When he insisted, another person who was drunk joined in saying you pay first or move out. My husband said then we will move out. The drunk person started shoving my husband asking him to obey rules and cannot move out. Seeing the situation could get bad as the people working their were not in their senses I asked my husband to just pay and I will manage being alone with baby in car. Either the payment should be taken near the car before car wash or right after car wash. No one to complain to when we went to the counter as it looked like it was the owner or manager who was drunk and acting bad behind. Never again. Learn to behave to people and organize your place which would be convenient for customers. Don't enter into a vehicle without the drivers permission. Had a wash done last week, asked them to wash my rubber mats no problem and no extra charge. They did a great job. I also use their oil change facility they check your air and cabin filters no pressure if you don't want to change them. They just ask. Been going for years no negative experiences. read more

I gave this place the benefit of the doubt on several occasions. Last time I went they didn't clean my dashboard and the interior windows had Adolfo residue on them. Today I went there because my car had bird dropping from parking under a tree and they tell me the car is clean. When I approach the car all the bird droppings are still on it. How do you not see that and tell your customer it's clean. When I complained inside to the cashier and manager he said its clean. They'll spray something on it and it'll get out. You have to tell them. The manager was telling me to bring it to the employee's attention instead of doing it himself like he's supposed to. Never going back here again. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to red bank to The Detail Doctor where I know I get my money's worth and they take pride in their services. read more

Staff is extremely rude, the guy who takes your car is rude & doesn't care & so is the lady at the register. I had them clean my all weather mats, they threw it on the floor & hosed it down & let the car go over it & the car behind it as well, because they were so busy. I complained & the manager/guy who takes your car said don't come back then, thats how we clean those mats. WOW, ok i wont! But I want the inside cleaned as well as exterior which means please remove shoe scuffs from door and glove box also coffee stains not just clean interior windows I could do that myself for $18! Not sure why all the bad reviews. Had a great experience here. They vacuumed the inside and washed and dried the outside all for just $13. The waiting room is clean and appealing and also has some pretty cool racecar type chairs to sit in. Would definitely go back if I'm in the area. read more

When I came to posh, I told them the oil I needed them to put in my car when doing the oil change. I noticed after, that the guy put a different oil then the one that was required. I told him that wasn't the right oil and then he blatantly lied and said that he put the oil I wanted in. When I approached the manager he did nothing to resolve the situation. I finally talked to the owner and he gave me a free oil change on my next visit. Worst car wash I've ever brought my car to. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! In fact, if someone out there is considering using this car wash i would tell them to think long and hard about it. Your vehicle's value will depend on your decision. My review is by no means the only bad review this place has received. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This car wash is not only more expensive than most car washes out there but it also barely cleans the car. In fact, after my car emerged from their car wash "supposedly clean"; dirt, bird droppings, and tar / water stains were still present on the vehicle after it was "washed". But that was not the worst of it. The worst part is finding the many scratches and scuffs that their car washing equipment left behind on my vehicle. My vehicle is brand new, purchased in October 2013 with no scratches on it before it went through their car washing equipment. I guess, i should have listened to my gutt and got off the line, when i saw the car wash attendants putting "black electrical tape" on the rear window washer blades of the other vehicles in front of me. In my entire life, i have never, ever, seen this "taping" of car parts done at any of the many car washes that i have taken my cars through over the years. After seeing the damage to my car from their car washing equipment, i am convinced that the owners of this place know that their equipment is faulty and damages cars and im certain it has broken off many rear window washer blades during its years of operation. What other reason would there be for black "electrical tape" to be used in this manner?? To provide extra strength to a vehicle's parts in an attempt to prevent it from breaking off during the cleaning process. Unfortunately for me, nothing short of getting off the car wash line that day, could have prevented the countless scratches and scuffs to my vehicle that it received that day after going through their damaging car washing equipment. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT go here. Besides the fact that their facilities are mediocre and they barely clean your interior, they are also thieves. I signed up for a $60 *supposedly* year membership( a step up from the regular membership) and when I went back a few weeks after the *supposed* year they told me my membership expired so I paid for the car wash no big deal. I later find out that I am still being charged. This was 4 months after they told me my membership terminated so I asked for a refund. The owner(who spoke broken English in a very sarcastic tone) told me it was a mistake in her system and that she could only refund me 2 months back and a free car wash ( they had already charged me for the month so why would I want something I paid for already..) besides the fact that she tried to take me for a fool she was being irrational when I tried to negotiate a fair compromise and told me to take it or leave it (clearly she had no formal education in owning a business or negotiation skills or people skills for that matter) after cancelling and having my father go to confirm of the cancellation we thought we had rid of these fraudelant charges on our credit card. I brought my car in for a full service detailing ($160) & was rather disappointed w/the job they did. The windows were streaky, the wheel wells were filthy & they didn't vacuum all my seats in their down position. The vents weren't wiped down well & they left armourall all over the inside handles, so your hands were greasy when you pulled the door closed. I would not go back for a detailing. read more

1st and last time I will ever go here. One of the worst carwashes i've ever had which pissed me off for the price I paid. Went here to get the salt/snow residue off my black truck and came out still white. I paid $17.99 for what I thought was a quality wash + additional $ for a Rain X feature. SIKE!!! Truck had white residue after the wash to which the staff replied "busy today...sorry" WHAT? I went to complain to the person inside who could careless. The girl was less than friendly to say the least. Made paying patrons wait while she openly continuoisly counted the cash in the register, which is a slap in the face once you see the finished product. She definitely hated her job. Don't go here. Keep riding! It is a waste of money and they do a shabby job. I assume the business comes from people understanding they are the only ones in the immediate area.
