Machine car washes damage your paint leaving swirls and many hand car washes use products that damage the ceramic. Thanks to Yelp, I found this place and I'm never leaving! Here, my vehicle was in excellent hands! The products used did not damage my ceramic coating in any way, the wash was completed by multiple members of the team and in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't feel rushed, staff took their time and were thorough but also didn't take so long that I came out and it was a year later. My suv looked fantastic afterwards! Highly, highly recommend! ZERO STARS!!!…read moreThis was my first attempt to try this business, because the previous owner sold the business to the current owner. After going back & forth with the owner, trying to schedule for almost two weeks, I called him yesterday to see if he can detail my car today. He said they could be to my residence between 2-3PM. I agreed that the time would work for me. He called me at 11:10 AM to say that they could be here between 12-12:30PM. I told him to make it 12:30; he agreed. Since I live in an apt bldg, I texted him at 12:20PM just to let him know I was waiting in my car at the front entrance to my building. No response! I waited until 12:45PM and texted to ask for his ETA; he texted back that they would arrive at 1:05PM. His worker called me at 1:02PM to tell me that they were stuck in traffic and they would be here in 45 minutes!! A bit unrealistic; traffic is not that heavy around 1PM, but I just said OK. WELL, NO-SHOW! NO CALL OR TEXT... AND WORST OF ALL... NO APOLOGY!!! I called the owner's number and his worker's number at 2:00PM; both calls went to voicemail! I then texted the owner to let him know that he wasted my entire day. He then texted back that he's in class and he asked ME if his worker was having trouble finding me? I would not know because I wasn't advised! I had two problems with that text... The first being that the owner lied to me, because he previously told me about a week ago, that he has classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Well, today is Wednesday and he texted that he's in class! My second issue is that he told me that HE and his worker would both be working on my car, and gave me no indication otherwise! Save yourself the aggravation and find another detailer to work on your car! And don't be fooled by all the phony reviews; his own worker, Zain, gave a 5-Star review! Yelp doesn't recommend the phony reviews for good reason! Kudos to Yelp for detecting the deception!

Amazing car wash! I went today at around 4:15 and was in a bit of a rush. I spoke with Javier and…read moreexplained the situation to him and what I needed, which was a full car wash and inside cleaning. He broke down the three packages they offered and I selected the middle one, which was $50 and included a wax spray and a free air freshener. Javier was great and said he would work with me to get me in and out within 30-40 mins. The car wash was busy but Javier did his best and was meticulous with the cleaning. Not only did he help clean but he inspected as others were cleaning as well. I badly needed a car wash and considering that it was rushed he did a close to perfect job! I will definitely be back. I will add that they vigorously vacuum so if anything is on the floor of your car, you may not get it back as it may get caught in the vacuum. Also pay cash if possible, as you pay tax when using a card.
