However, the scars sit above the crease -- especially on the right side and are more visible than I was led to believe. In addition, both eyes have a noticeable bump on the inner corner near the nose, which was not something I expected or was prepared for. I understand that all surgery involves scarring, but my concern is that the placement and appearance of these scars do not match what I was told during the consultation. When I brought this up during a follow‑up visit, I felt dismissed. The surgeon physically backed away from me as I explained my concerns, which made me feel unheard and uncomfortable. I had hoped for a more supportive and transparent conversation about my options. Overall, I am disappointed with both the outcome and the communication surrounding it.

No. I only found this out after MANY phone calls back and forth, with this pharmacy saying "well we sent the refill request, I don't know why they are saying they didn't get it". Finally, when they figured out they were not sending the refills to my doctor, and they corrected that. They then proceeded to refill the WRONG prescription. I had been out of this medication for a week at this point. It was not until I worked directly with their manager did I finally get my corrected prescription refilled. Doctor was corrected in their system, no further issues in the future, right? WRONG. 1 month later: Pharmacy: we sent the refill request, it was not approved by your doctor Doctor: we never received a refill request. LITERALLY HOW?! It's like a bad movie.
