They are simply just set up to milk insurance companies and don't care at all for people with limited funds. Michelle treated me like I was stupid would not shut up and ended up hanging up on me. They insisted in taking more xrays saying the insurance would cover those. I told Michelle I couldn't pay for any treatment, so what's the point? They (the doctor) are clearly concerned only with milking the insurance companies. Meanwhile my tooth still hurts.

I was forced to listen to her chatter for nearly an hour while also worrying whether I'd catch an illness. When I requested my patent file be sent to a different provider, I was met with resistance. Receptionist told me it would take 3 weeks (I literally had been a patient for 6 months- how long does it take to copy my 3 pg file?). Since that wasn't acceptable, I was told I had to pick up the file in person and pay $25. The hours of business are more limited than my work day and so this office made things extra difficult for me by refusing to send my file to another dentist in a timely fashion. I also felt the copying fee was not appropriate given the fact that my file was a skimpy couple of pages. It's unfortunate I had to leave because I feel that Dr. Lee is a good dentist. However, I feel he needs better trained staff. ---- My husband and I both have had positive experiences with Doctor Lee. Both of us had cleanings and minor cavity fillings done. Dr. Lee is friendly and down to earth. So much so that he didn't mind doing my cleaning when the hygienist wasn't available that day. The office interior is simple but I don't go to the dentist for interior decoration inspiration. This office is able to accommodate my busy schedule and I appreciate that. They even advertise that they can take walk ins. My only suggestion for improvement is for receptionist staff to follow through when they say they will do something. I've had to call time and time again with the same request.
