It runs out after 30 days and it's supposed to last six months so I'm pissed. I will never shop there again and I think their customer service sucks and the manager I spoke to was not helpful in anyway she didn't offer it like a store credit or anything so I'll be shopping at Ulta because if you're unhappy with the product and it's after 30 days they give you a store credit that seems much more reasonable especially since this lash serum is $125 every time you buy it plus tax so bye-bye Sephora

I spied a gorgeous micro/small satchel/crossbody in hunter green by Old Trend, and to boot, a discontinued style on their site! So stoked to find it an a low price. The cute little dressing rooms and enormous warmth and friendliness of the chatty owner, I shad gotten her name. This is an absolute gem of a place not to be missed. Despite it being a holiday weekend, we found parking fairly easily on the street for free. This is a must to visit, and even if you don't buy anything, it's a masterclass in setting up a little boutique with love.

She was very rude in her response and answering my question. Spoke to me like I was a child. She made exaggerated hand movements on what was included and what wasn't and spoke a condescending tone. All this for a simple question. I stayed quiet and did not confront her on her attitude. I handed the bag I had filled and was going to buy to another associate, and let him know I would not be buying because she was so rude. I walked out. I 'll never go in there again. She needs to be retrained or fired. Not a pleasant experience. Someone should check the cameras, this happened about ten fifteen on the twenty sixth.

I have psoriasis, lupus, and just perpetually sensitive and dry stricken skin. Walked in and the sales associate was very kind and instantly bonded over some shared skin woes. Hilariously I had walked right up to what line I needed to be looking at. I ended up with a serum and a day to day lotion. The lotion was a normal lotion price and the serum was around what I'd have expected to see serums priced at in larger box stores. Four days into using them and no I'll effects and seem to be actually making my hands not catch on every little fabric piece or be all flaky and gross looking. Serum absorbs in fast.
