As many times as I…read moretried to clarify what I wanted, I was talked over with almost an hour of consult about advanced color theory and then told she didn't have the product she convinced me I wanted to do in the first place and that all she could do was tone out the yellow and cut it today. First, she toned it to smurf blue, offered to wash it out, apologized that she didn't understand what I wanted because she mixed my wishes up with all of her other new clients and offered to book an appt to fix it three days later if I paid her. Not surprisingly she then tried to change the time, the day and ultimately cancelled on me because she was sick and told me if I wanted to book a new appt, because she was no longer saying she was fixing it, now it was my poor communication, it would cost me 350 dollars. I have heard other people say bait and switch and that is exactly what I felt.
