I have been getting highlights for twenty years, I know sometimes it gets dry. I also noticed a jagged and uneven cut. I have since put on a mask three times and the ends are still fried. I reached out to Amanda this morning with a picture that clearly shows not only the fried hair but the horrible cut and asked for a refund. The response I got wasn't even from her and didn't even have a name on it. They just made another appt for me to come back in!! Why would anyone in their right mind go back after Amanda did such a horrible job and wouldn't even respond to my request for a well-deserved refund? There's $400 down the drain!!! Book an appt at your own risk!! Update: The manager, still don't know their name, offered me a refund for the haircut, the cheapest service. I agreed to the cut and tip to be refunded. But, Im still out $300 for burned, shabby looking hair. No apologies from the stylist or the salon. I just received a response from the owner on Google. In response to the owner, it looked fine when I left. Amanda hot ironed and you couldn't see the chopped cut. So, it does reflect perfectly. I tried to mask my hair at my own cost, why would I let a stylist touch my hair again after she did that? YOU would never accept that for your own hair, why should I? And I sent a very clear picture of the cut. You don't need to examine it in person!

So far, it is trimming and shaping, and lessons on styling, as the hair is growing out. I am uncertain if I'm going to keep letting it grow, and will decide after my next appointment. It's an experience extraordinaire! I had the pleasure of having Lilly perform my service. She is spectacular. I wrote notes on an index card outlining my likes, dislikes and some medical challenges. Lilly was attentive to every detail. She is very intuitive. The massage portion of the experience was perfect. She "knew" exactly where to apply more or less pressure on my feet, legs, head and shoulders. My toes look and feel fabulous! I am so grateful that I met Lilly. I asked her to go shorter a few times and to remove bulk here and there. We finished up and after I left I took a double take at everything. The hair over my left ear is cut easily a half inch high, and it's maybe a quarter inch on the right. The bulk on the back of my hair is easily an inch and a half longer on the right side than the left. I asked for a taper fade. Easily the worst haircut I've gotten. And I tipped more than half of what the haircut cost... I had to schedule an appointment elsewhere to get this fixed, likely will not be returning.
