On May 20th, I saw Amanda for highlights and a cut. After washing my hair a couple of days later I noticed it was fried. Not just dry, fried! I have been getting highlights for twenty years, I know sometimes it gets dry. I also noticed a jagged and uneven cut. I have since put on a mask three times and the ends are still fried. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I reached out to Amanda this morning with a picture that clearly shows not only the fried hair but the horrible cut and asked for a refund.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The response I got wasn't even from her and didn't even have a name on it. They just made another appt for me to come back in!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Why would anyone in their right mind go back after Amanda did such a horrible job and wouldn't even respond to my request for a well-deserved refund?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's $400 down the drain!!! Book an appt at your own risk!! Update: [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager, still don't know their name, offered me a refund for the haircut, the cheapest service[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I agreed to the cut and tip to be refunded. But, Im still out $300 for burned, shabby looking hair. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No apologies from the stylist or the salon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I just received a response from the owner on Google. In response to the owner, it looked fine when I left. Amanda hot ironed and you couldn't see the chopped cut. So, it does reflect perfectly. I tried to mask my hair at my own cost, why would I let a stylist touch my hair again after she did that? YOU would never accept that for your own hair, why should I? And I sent a very clear picture of the cut. You don't need to examine it in person! read more

My visit started with a Japanese hair spa and facial, Avery exfoliated and washed my hair, then used a magical mint hair mask. I'd never wash my own hair and go there every week if I could! The facial made my skin look better than ever, and the steam treatment and neck and shoulder massage was just what I needed! Lacey dried and straightened my hair perfectly, I can never get it to look like this, I received compliments all day, everywhere I went. It's day 2 and my hair still looks incredible, it's shiny and feels so soft. Chelsea welcomed me for my lip fill to end my amazing time at the salon. She was patient, detailed, and professional. She gave me a beautiful and natural enhancement that doesn't look like I had something done. It also didn't hurt as much as other places I've gone. New to the area, based on Yelp reviews, I booked brow services (tint/wax/lamination) and a haircut. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I highly recommend Allyson (brows) and Amanda (haircut), both were excellent.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I fell asleep during brow service, comfy table and mellow music...at least until the waxing portion! Amanda gave a fabulous scalp massage and I walked out with a great cut and style. The shop is has a great vibe and unique artwork, be sure and check out the wood tree, it's beautiful! I had long hair. I went for a hair cut a few days ago at a salon in Cave Creek. The stylist had a negative attitude, lacked confidence/ ability, made poor suggestions and left me with an awful cut/ style. I hated it! My self esteem was torpedoed. So I reached out and sent an email to the Owner/ Stylist Rochelle. I explained that I'm in need of getting a pixie cut. I got a friendly response right away and she highly recommended Joni to cut my hair and explained that she loves to do this kind of style. She gave me Joni's number and I texted her right away. I've never texted a hair stylist before, so it felt slightly awkward. Joni replied right away with courtesy and professionalism. I started sending her pixie photos just to give her an idea what I was looking for. She was very excited to do my hair and so I booked an appointment with her. Today, I walked in Hair n Dipity feeling anxious (after my recent disaster at the 'other' salon). Joni was there waiting for me and made me feel welcomed right away! One of nice things about working with Joni is that I didn't have to decide alone. She helped me and gave some fantastic suggestions. I trusted her, relinquished full control and let her have fun cutting my hair. I'm super happy with the result. I love my pixie! I've had Jordan trim / cut my hair a couple of times now and I look forward to seeing what she can do when I am ready for something more. I have never had to wait, she is very sweet & friendly and most importantly, is skilled enough to handle my cowlick! My hair always looks great and she's so reasonably priced! I loved my Anthem neighbor's haircut and asked her where she got it done and she said her stylist Rochelle is at hair n dipity right here in Anthem. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment and it was worth it and I have been back a few times and will continue going for a number of reasons. It's difficult to find a true hair artist at any age. Rochelle is a natural born hair artist. I am 66 yrs with very short, thick dark (colored LOL) hair; which requires a talented coiffeuse to keep my look youthful and feminine. I highly recommend stylist Rochelle and the salon/spa hair n dipity. I view this salon as arty, clean, airy, bright, fun and relaxing. Clientele include men and women of all ages. As a senior, I feel very comfortable at this chic salon. Another plus is that the salon appears to focus on hair, unlike other high pressure salons pushing products and services. Rochelle has done my mom's hair as far back as I can remember. In fact, I don't think my mom will go to anyone else and plans her trips accordingly as no other stylist or salon can touch her hair. Rochelle did my hair and makeup for a photo shoot and I absolutely LOVED working with her and how beautiful she made me look (and feel). Not only did she do my hair and makeup before the shoot, but she was also able to be on-scene to do touch-ups and rearrange my hair a couple of times. She knew what would work best for the camera, too, and how to make sure everything lasted as long as possible. TLC Aesthetics is a mother and daughter team of professionals! TLC Aesthetics is inside this Hair*n*Dipity salon. This was my first time receiving a Brazilian Wax, so I was a little apprehensive from the get go but I had purchased an extremely reasonable Groupon to try it out at least once. Tina greeted me and took me back to the very clean, inviting, and calming room. Tina was cheerful and made me feel extremely comfortable and talked me through the process. Additionally, she provided me with all the info as to what to expect afterwards and her recommendations for the next visit.
