They ended up charging me $510 the past four weeks to get my 14 year old daughter's hair done correctly when they should've charged me 250 or $300 to get it right the first time! She sat in that chair for three something hours and then had to come back and sit in the chair for another three something hours, which was a total and complete pain in the ass for both her and I! I also had a horrible experience with that place recently... My stylist is the sweetest person ever, but she doesn't have a clue what she's doing! My hair looks like fucking shit, I had to bust my way through two managers only to be told to leave because "I was never going to be happy". . My hair looks like shit right now, so now I need to go somewhere else and pay another $3-$500 to get it fixed. I will never be taking my business to Roway Hair ever again! One time when I left that place about three years ago, I left there looking like Tony the Tiger!! Literally had strips of white hair, strips of black hair and orange hair! The stylist completely fucked my hair up, so the manager ended up having to correct it for free a week or two later. Done with this place! Does the pictures look like I just paid $180 (because I didn't get a haircut or even make her dry my hair all the way for me??)?

I came in to get highlights in my hair, expecting one of the professionals to help me out. After I get there, some random dude comes out who barely speaks English. Barely asks me questions about what I want, and barely talks about what he is going to do starts to do the cap thing on my head. He was extremely rough using the tool, stabbing my head very hard. After he finishes he finishes dying my hair, charges me $300 then when I ask how to maintain it he responds "I trust you will make the right decisions"... like no I know nothing about this, this was my first time. Then a couple hours later, when it drys, I look at it and it looks TERRIBLE. The sides of my head looked like I had cheetah print and the top was VERY orange. After I realize. I go back in a couple days later. After having to take time off of work because of how bad it looked and how anxious it made me. They agreed that it looked terrible and they told me that they would fix it free of charge.... They schedule me for the next day and I come in, then as they start they say "btw we are going to charge you $150 for this". They said this AFTER they started and told me they'd fix it for free. Then I asked why it wasn't free anymore and they ignored the question and walked away. When I went to the register they gave me a product to buy and told me I had to pay and when I asked why it wasn't free anymore again, they said because a different person fixed it. Which made no sense because they scheduled me with her and said it would be free to fix. Again, normally I don't leave reviews. Look at my profile for proof. This was such an incredibly terrible experience, save your money and your mental health and go somewhere else.

She's a true full blown hair Wonderland taking on way more than a typical hairstylist. No, no fried ends no asymmertical layers, no previous hairstylist's botched work. Worse yet lisa was dealing with a woman who had bad hair care habits that had been embedded at her cellular level. I was given much more than a deep conditioning & fab layers hair shaping. I was educated and was shown how my hair could wear with other suggestions for everyday look that would render a kinder more gentler (healthier) scalp. I learned how much hair care has changed in 20 years. Was shown how to embrace & even love the dynamic duo of a roll brush & hair dryer! I was shown how to use products and what to expect with my new shampoo conditioner & hair conditioning oil. My first two visits to lisa Turley salon was nothing short of top notch. I'm so happy to read this recurring opinion in other lisa Turley salon reviews because top notch service at LTS is a constant.
