She carefully asked me what I liked/didn't like and helped me select a wonderful slate tone with softer highlights that look much more natural and complement my olive skin tone. Her combative nature turned me off of ever wanting to get my hair done with Ulta again anyways. Also, on the app, I went through and saw that Tiana wasn't even qualified to be doing the services I wanted, so why would someone let her do my hair?
