With the open walk in policy, I was able to get seated immediately and in less than 30 minutes, I walked out the door. The stylist listened to me and did exactly what I wanted. Dana is an experienced stylist with three decades of experience. I will definitely return to her if I need another cut before my regular stylist returns. The shop was very clean and welcoming. For being known as a less expensive hair salon, this particular franchise provided exceptional service commonly found at high end salons.
