She texted me on my way to make sure I knew exactly where to go, she greeted me at the front and gave me ample time to get comfortable for my facial! I have only gone to Hannah but she is amazing and a blonde expert! Very easy to talk to and super nice. She always makes me ashy and gets my balayage exactly right. Their prices are very reasonable. They also post a lot on their Instagram so check that out if you're on the fence. Only issue is you cannot tip the stylist in your credit card so bring cash or Venmo them.
