I haven't noticed any of the backstabbing and competition which ruin some salons. 3. The ventilation is excellent. I'm unable to even walk into many salons because of the heavy chemical smell. QUIT GAMBLING AND JUST BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE. I found STAIY SALON and can confirm it's a beautiful salon full of talented people! Full of "forever stylists", I swear. First visit and won't be my last. Staiy's squad are savants in hair. They took what I had in my brain and put it on my head, AND made it look far better than I could have EVER thought possible. I've never been so in love with my hair. Brytani gave me a base melt and Leo gave me my haircut. Both perfected the ask. What they also gave me was insight for future visits. They listened to what I do and don't like, understood why, taught me some things, and gave me a look that will last with my busy schedule and allow me to book when is convenient (even if that's once or twice per year) versus preaching an "every 6-9 week" routine. Needless to say, it has made me super excited to come back. I'm not the pickiest about my hair, but do feel it's easy (for whatever reason) to give me hair that doesn't compliment my facial features/skin tone well -- whether that be color or cut. Brytani with the base melt... It looks unbelievably natural and perfect for me; she knew how to address my most recent highlights (IMO, too harsh of blonde stripes that were applied up to my scalp by a **different** salon in the area... not a bad job if you're entirely blonde; just not good for me personally). Not an easy task for someone unless they have incredible artistic ability. What I used to dislike about my hair has now been transformed into this unbelievably beautiful, natural-looking everlasting color. Also, the massage during the washing process of my hair was sooo beyond soothing. I do not often relax and that just put me into such a zen state. Leo with the haircut... Took my hair that was dead, wearing me -- and shaped it up into a beautiful cut. I said no layers and he didn't give me any! Can't say how surprising this is! Everyone wants to cut layers in but Leo gave me my single-length blunt cut I was looking for. Then, after talking with me and giving me the "why" as to how it would elevate the cut for my face, he put some very soft face-framing in, and I LOVE IT. The whole cut is simply gorgeous and compliments Bryt's color work. Staiy is the definition of a very engaged owner and it shows. It is evident to me that her team feels supported by her, she has great energy, and I'm so happy she's in this business because you'd think she invented it. What a strong, hardworking woman!
