The music can be a little loud (slower modern hits, no typical spa music). HOWEVER, what you get for the money is incredible. The tables are still comfortable, there's a soft blanket and I just am sure to wear cozy clothes. The environment didn't stop me from almost falling asleep.

The staff here is friendly, kind, and patient. Very welcoming and warm. I came in for a massage and I waited only a few minutes before my massage therapist came out to walk me to the room. They have 20 or 30% off most brands and they also throw in bonuses each day. I wanted to stock up on my Elta MD sunscreen at a discount. Ordering five bottles entitled me to free skin care worth about $200, from Neocutis, Obagi and colorscience. Some people said that the sunscreen they received was going to expire soon. Lovely skin has a chat button on their website where you can "talk to an actual person." I asked about the specific sunscreen I was ordering and when the expiration dates were. I was told that they would be good until well into 2027. Sure enough, all of the sunscreens expire in May 2027, a good 18 months from now. I'm very happy with my purchase and all of the free gifts I got while getting my sunscreen at a great price.

I come in for my appointment and was pulled back by my VERY RUDE masseuse; she claimed they don't do "that type of massage". I was booked wrong and I needed to leave because that was not her fault the receptionist booked wrong. She knew it was booked wrong and told the front end and said they messed up. She walked be back up to the front to find out they all of a sudden canceled my remaining 7 massages WITHOUT notice. They scheduled me for an appointment that I had NOT agreed upon. I was told and given information to book somewhere else that does the lymph massages. That is not with Massage Envy, this was not disclosed when I spent a half hour booking 10 appointments. I told them just to cancel everything and I'll go somewhere else, since that was my only choice. I was given ONE free massage for their mix up. I was not able to get in anywhere to get a massage that I needed for months thar affected my healing processes. And had to have follow up care with my PCP.... Now I'm months later, ready to use this one free massage they gave me. I CANT USE IT!!! since THEY canceled my massages that they lied about being able to do, costing me great financial issues. I need to buy a new membership to use their complimentary massage. SCAM. I ended up booking a private massage therapist from google sear Phenix Massage ! Look them up and book them. They care for their patients. They also don't have tacky tip sheets all over the office asking for tips. Their work alone has you tipping.
