She asked about any problem areas, and I explained a few spots in my back that are always tight. She spent a good amount of time on these, and they feel very relaxed afterward. The whole experience was very calming, the room is set up well, lights dimmed to a good setting, and the sheets in bed are comfortable. The pregnancy bed has an opening for your belly, so lying here was the most comfortable. I've been on my stomach in months! When I flipped over, she put a soft pillow over this opening, so it was also comfortable to lie on my back with the opening covered. The cover itself has a slight angle upwards near your head, making it comfortable for a pregnant woman to lie on this, as you are not flat on the bed. Overall, this was a fantastic massage! The only thing I would change is that the music was incredibly slow, and I prefer a bit of a melody to help my brain relax. This is a very minor note, and just my personal preference. I would highly recommend booking a massage at oasis with Kaitlyn!

I do NOT have a kitchen problem, so it freaks me out when the approach my head with a pair of clippers. Brianne will be going on maternity leave soon, so book your appointment soon. She said in the small print online it says "a service fee may be applied". This wasn't a service fee, this was a product fee. She said I should have requested a consultation to ensure I knew the total price. I asked " I have to set up an appointment before my real appointment to know the full price?" She said I could have negotiated the fee while I was at my scheduled appointment. This makes no sense because I didn't know there would be a product fee, but even if I was told there was a product fee, what happens if we can't come to an agreement? Could I just walk out because we couldn't agree on the price and I wouldn't be charged for the 2 hour appointment? I doubt it! What a scam!

Ordering five bottles entitled me to free skin care worth about $200, from Neocutis, Obagi and colorscience. Some people said that the sunscreen they received was going to expire soon. Lovely skin has a chat button on their website where you can "talk to an actual person." I asked about the specific sunscreen I was ordering and when the expiration dates were. I was told that they would be good until well into 2027. Sure enough, all of the sunscreens expire in May 2027, a good 18 months from now. I'm very happy with my purchase and all of the free gifts I got while getting my sunscreen at a great price.

She walked be back up to the front to find out they all of a sudden canceled my remaining 7 massages WITHOUT notice. They scheduled me for an appointment that I had NOT agreed upon. I was told and given information to book somewhere else that does the lymph massages. That is not with Massage Envy, this was not disclosed when I spent a half hour booking 10 appointments. I told them just to cancel everything and I'll go somewhere else, since that was my only choice. I was given ONE free massage for their mix up. I was not able to get in anywhere to get a massage that I needed for months thar affected my healing processes. And had to have follow up care with my PCP.... Now I'm months later, ready to use this one free massage they gave me. I CANT USE IT!!! since THEY canceled my massages that they lied about being able to do, costing me great financial issues.
