Walked in and was seen within 15min. Must say, I've had many experiences with different hair salons and this spot just might be the spot I will start going to. Had my roots done, Leti kept the lines clean, so I didn't have to worry about blotches all over my face/forehead/ears. She did a trim and gave me layers with a face frame. She even asked if I wanted the back to be a Vshape or straight (whereas, others would just do a deep face frame, leaving VShape in the back) Only issue was I didn't get my hair color toned, which was my main concern, but because of the rush, I ended up paying $$$ for cut and root touch up excluding tip ... I never got the visit added into the app to get points or access to at least see what I paid for. read more

Took my husband to cost cutters today........my husband is blind and the main issue is he is" BLACK"HAD An APPOINTMENT WITH THE STYLIST named Anita .which she totally ignored us and after about two hours of waiting asked another stylist would she cut my husband hair ...since he is blind and going from place to place is sometimes awkward, now we been to cost cutters at the Military drive location and Shelby ALWAYS provided excellent service and he was BLACK then also ,now if one isn't Mexican or white don't expect service at COST CUTTERS so maybe COST CUTTER should post a sign stating "only white or Mexican allowed .And guess what Anita had the nerve to never to even apologize ,like me and my husband should apologize for entering Cost Cutter and expect to receive service from her !!!!So if anyone is Black and don't want to be insulted like the 1950's don't go to Cost Cutters. I had the worst haircut of my life the other evening at this location. All I needed was a trim. There was only one stylist there who seemed to speak only Spanish. She chopped all my hair off! It's all uneven and my layers are all over the place. She thinned out my hair, which I didn't need. It's sticking out all over the place and looks horrible. I don't even want anyone to see me. I will not be attending our Thanksgiving get together, this year! I feel very embarrassed! I wish I would've gotten her name; so I could let people know who not yo allow near their hair! This lady has no business cutting hair; especially if she doesn't really speak or understand English. I have had other people trim my hair, here before and it's been okay; but you never get the same person twice. I guess turnover is high and people don't stay long, here. Beware! read more

If it was possible to give a negative star 10/10 would. Cannot believe I came in for a freakin' haircut only to be leaving in tears and a panic attack!! I have always gone to this location to see this one stylist but she wasn't there, this was the second time I had the other woman stylist, Leticia older woman working, end up attempting to do my hair. I brought 3 reference photos with me to attain the haircut I wanted. Not only did she not listen to me about the haircut I wanted, but continued to touch and grab my hair and make me incredibly anxious. She didn't listen to me about the cut I wanted, didn't let me get a word in and kept insisting what I wanted wasn't happening because she didn't know how to do it. I have a mohawk that I was growing the sides out and wanted a pixie cut with a fade, I was told from another stylist its doable. The stylist, Leticia, kept grabbing my hair, and not listening to me to the point I said its fine and trying to calm down. I left in tears because I wasn't listened to, I was basically ignored and told no we can do something else and hair grabbed repeatedly after. I said no thank you. Last week I came here to get bangs trimmed so to my regular salon was closing .well it's a 30minute wait pretty empty this older lady comes and tells me sit tell me I have "too much bang" I asked her are my bangs too short for side bang she said yes I say okay well than can we do just straight across trim not even half inch above eyebrows she tells me okay "turn away from mirror can't have you freaking out" so she cutting diagonally upward angle I'm like what are you don't she claims she fix my hair all the way up to my hair line she then says "it's a great I'd thing you're pretty" oh my god after she charges the bangs for a beard as 10$ I kid you not I paid her double and she has F***** my hair so bad it'll take months to grow It was ridiculous I shouldn't have even been charged!! read more

I have been coming here because Anita knows exactly how my daughter loves her hair cut. But today was such a a bad experience due to her side helper. She was so rude, had such a bad attitude, yelling at me in front of ,u child and acted more ghetto and hood then professional. She constantly made it seem like we didn't explain exactly what my daughter wanted, or show her pictures of exactly what we wanted. But she insisted that it looked just like the picture when it didn't. My daughter hair was cut super short like for a boy. Regardless it could have been fixed. Ms. Anita has done it before. But the other helper was soooo unprofessional rolling her eyes and suggested I cut my own child's hair next time. Them the audacity to call her boss and make it seem like all this started because Anita messed up my child haircut. No, the problem was when she got involved in the situation with an attitude being rude and acting ghetto. I appreciate Anita shes a great stylist but after the other lady drama, we will not be returning. I had to apologize to Ms. Anita for her own employees behavior and to my child for experiencing something like that. It was uncalled for. I've gotten better haircuts in Walmart... Overall I am fairly disappointed with the quality of the haircut. I honestly feel like I got half a haircut. I continually tried critiquing and informing the hairstylist of the simple cut I wanted, however, it progressively got worse. I wouldn't recommend this place for my dog or anyone else. read more

By far the worst. I showed up at 10am because that's what it says on the website. It was closed, I figured due to Covid they changed hours which I totally understand. Went back at 11 still closed. Ok, no worries. I went back at 12 to see if they finally opened. And yes, there was someone there giving a haircut. I got excited but the door was locked. I didn't understand. I came to get my hair done and I showed my hairdresser a picture of what I wanted. Simple highlights which I still had my hair color just some highlights in it. She then went to reassure me that she could do it. She started to put my hair into foil and I thought she knew what she was doing so I didn't question her skills. After she was finished with my hair it looked nothing like the picture AT ALL. She took what I wanted and threw it out the window and did what she wanted: I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was simple highlights. My hair is almost all one color which I hate with almost no highlights half of my hair is completely one color. I would NEVER recommend going to get your hair highlighted here. If I could give zero stars I would. I have came here before for hair cuts and they did a wonderful job but yesterday they destroyed my hair. I asked for something and my hairdresser did nothing like I asked. I assumed it would be simple just some highlights but no she took almost all of my hair put one color in it and called it a day. I have never had my hair highlighted and was very excited for this experience and wanted to be very much satisfied with my hair. I paid for my hair but was not satisfied so today I am going to get it fixed. This hair is pretty but I need to look professional and they totally destroyed that. I did not say anything when I left but I am still going today for the manager to fix my hair. Really I would never recommend coming here for highlights. read more
