I was scheduled with Michaela for a Halo face framing type situation and was greeted very kindly by her and everyone else at the front desk. They offer you water and other beverages there as you arrive. There is also local crafted jewelry in the sitting area to browse. Getting back to hair, Michaela was very personable, funny, nice, and professional. The experience was nice and it feels like you're just chatting with an old friend. Honestly I probably chat too much but the story of my life LOL. They take you back to the hair washing area which is quiet and Serene, ready for relaxation. They also offer you and I mask type essential oil situation where you can pick different scents. After your hair is done washing you get processed and then you go back to your sitting area. It took a little bit to get my hair to the desired look but Michaela and the salon made it very easy to work with and get the results we were hoping for. She is easy to talk to, friendly, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient. The 2nd time I went, Carly decided to wash before the cut/style and, while I couldn't tell initially after styling, my hair was terribly uneven when I left. Like in a serious way - pictures attached. I will say that when I texted Carly a photo, she confirmed that was not her intention and offered to try to correct the error. I do appreciate this. I went back in and she was able to "even" it out as best she could given the condition. It wasn't ideal, but I get it. Mistakes happen.
