From the very first phone call to scheduling to the end result, things at Trinti have been very easy going and pleasant. At scheduling time, the receptionist was very nice and worked with me to find a time that fits schedules well. I was scheduled with Michaela for a Halo face framing type situation and was greeted very kindly by her and everyone else at the front desk. They offer you water and other beverages there as you arrive. There is also local crafted jewelry in the sitting area to browse. Getting back to hair, Michaela was very personable, funny, nice, and professional. The experience was nice and it feels like you're just chatting with an old friend. Honestly I probably chat too much but the story of my life LOL. They take you back to the hair washing area which is quiet and Serene, ready for relaxation. They also offer you and I mask type essential oil situation where you can pick different scents. After your hair is done washing you get processed and then you go back to your sitting area. It took a little bit to get my hair to the desired look but Michaela and the salon made it very easy to work with and get the results we were hoping for. I appreciate them for being so accommodating and ease of everything. Michaela is a great stylist and I would recommend booking with her anytime! Well, at 5-stars, this place exceeds expectations. It will cost you a few Benjamins to get a complete Balayage, but, this was a treat for me. I have only got services to upkeep my Balayage, so I am prepared to pay. I like that they greet you (a front-desk area with things to purchase), offer you a beverage (champagne or beer), hot coffee, tea, juice or water. Love this salon!! I had a Head Spa by Cameryn, and boy, was it great. This is done in their "quiet room" where you can truly relax. Luxurious shampoo is used, followed by an incredible scalp massage. Haven't been to this salon yet for services but am extremely grateful the manager saved my life from a crazy road rage situation on November 4, 2021 and everyone was very supportive and respectful and able to help me find shelter. I might or might not be here today if it weren't for them and their quick response and thinking. I hope to come to get a haircut sometime even though prices are slightly costly. It pains me to write this review, but after having the best haircut of my life at another salon for a fraction of the price, I felt the need. The stylists at this salon are very nice, but they should not be charging $70 for haircuts at their level of expertise. I know one of the reasons for the high price is because they want to provide their stylists with a living wage. I'm all for that, but the stylists should know how to cut any style of hair for that price. I've seen (3) different stylists at this salon and none of them knew how to properly cut bangs. I feel like I have a very simple hairstyle; long straight hair with bangs. I've never left the salon feeling 100% satisfied. This salon also tries very hard to be "woke". If I could give this business and Makayla a zero, I would. I scheduled my hair and head spa appointment online. As someone who is not really into getting their hair done frequently due to my kids and their busy schedules, I was excited to get pampered a bit and feel better about myself. I booked the appointment, with a very broad understanding of what I wanted, thinking it would not be a big deal what color I wanted my hair done. When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken back to the salon with Makayla and she seemed nice enough. She asked me what my thoughts were in regards to what I had in mind for my hair color. I told her that my roots were very dark and I wanted them lighter and my whole head color to match the color on the ends of my hair. She instantly replied "I'm going to stop you right there", and began to rudely tell me that what I made my appointment for was for a full color and I could only go darker. I was confused. I was telling her I wanted a full color, just not darker, lighter. At this point, I was annoyed because I live in Fuquay and drove all the way to Cary after working a night shift to have my hair done, and she was telling me she wouldn't do it. Meanwhile, there was no one else in the salon. Regardless of what I booked, she should have had plenty of time to help a client get the color they wanted no matter how the appointment was booked. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me that there was not a manager there to speak to. I then opted to defer all the services I had signed up for since I felt that this stylist did not deserve any of my business. I understand that stylist time is very important, and had I of not signed up for a hair color at all and she told me she didn't have time, then I would have understood, but it was very confusing how she was telling me the only thing she could do for me was to make my hair darker, when that was clearly not what I wanted. I will never return to this facility, and I warn others to do research before making an appointment here and avoid Makayla. She lacks empathy for her clients satisfaction, or the care to help make people feel better about themselves. read more

Some people don't believe in angels walking among us--but I've recently learned that they do. In September of 2024, I desperately needed a hair cut and I stumbled upon triniti salon. After Sharon the business owner took me right away, she gave me the most unbelievable haircut and color I've ever had. Everywhere I went I received compliments, and she made me feel the best I've felt in a long time. Unfortunately in November of that same year, I was diagnosed with brain cancer. As my hair fell out, I cried and cried, and I reached out to Sharon to see if she could do anything to help me. She told me to call her whenever I was ready and that she would take care of everything. Fast forward to June 2024, my hair is thin, my color is outgrown, and I'm feeling defeated. I was planning on shaving my head but called Sharon instead. On a busy Saturday afternoon, she dropped everything as a business owner and told me to come in and she would make it work. As I sat in the chair, we cried together, and told stories, and laughed together. Not only did she do a cut and color on the hair I had left, but she also cut my wig so beautifully to blend in with my hair. She made me feel so beautiful and genuinely gave me the extra strength I needed to keep up this fight. If you want to know if angels really walk among us, the answer is they do. Sharon is truly proof that angels are with us. She is a true artist and an incredibly kind human. I could not recommend triniti salon enough. The hair services have always been first rate, but the head spa!!! It's so awesome and relaxing. The cost is so much lower than other self-care options, including any other head spa. I love this salon. It is more expensive than where I used to go but it is worth it. Jessika is amazing. She really listens to what you want and asks a lot of questions to make sure she understands. I was getting Brazilian blowouts until I realized they use formaldehyde. I switched to Cezanne and got amazing results. She's also cut and colored my hair. The salon has a cute store in front, the shampoo bowls are actually comfortable (they offer you eye covers too) and have soothing music while your hair sets. read more

It was still not quite what I had asked for showed plenty of pictures asked for the $69 haircut which I was not informed that it was someone that was in a learning process had the haircut they gave me two weeks to go back went back. She still didn't know exactly what she was doing cold over the owner who happened to be there that day who normally is not there the owner came cut my right side, did it perfectly and then said to her to cut the left side while she tended to someone else and the girl did a lousy job butchered my hair did not do it like the owner did it on the right side? I was very disappointed not happy at all. Had cancer lost my hair waited years for my hair to go back to go to this place, I don't care how nice it is. She told me if I was willing I can come back again to receive my refund. She was willing to listen to me and clear things up honestly. Don't recommend this place. I submitted consultation form over 2 weeks ago and called to make sure they received it. When I called a 3rd time the receptionist casually said oh yea the stylist responded to me about it when I was off work, so I didn't reach out to you. No apology at all. I guess she was just never planning on contacting me? Then she told me the pricing for simple cut and partial highlights starts at $400!! (I have shoulder length hair). I've never had this bad of an experience with a salon. Edit: I ended up going to Roots Salon and Wellness in Cary. Chavon did my hair and what a wonderful experience. They are so nice and attentive. Wow! What an incredible experience!! I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed I felt the need to. My first time here for a touchup color because I was tired of driving 45 minutes outside of Raleigh. When I first arrived, they checked me in and gave me a tour of the salon. They have a lovely spa like room where you sit to process your color (dim lights and soft music) as well as wash your hair. Erin was my colorist and was super nice and spent the time to talk to me about what I wanted and did a great job! I was offered a glass is wine while my color was processing and got a wonderful scalp massage as part of my shampoo. Before she washed my hair I was offered a chest compress (like a weighted blanket but much smaller) and an eye mask that you can get warm or cool! Overall cannot remember ever having such a wonderful experience getting my hair done and looking forward to going back!!! Oh and they are super eco friendly!! read more

I wish I was writing this review to talk about the work that was done on my hair. I wish I could have been able to book an appointment. After a few emails back and forth, they want pictures of your hair now, pics from the past and pictures of how you want your hair to look then they text you with forms to fill out. I sent everything they needed and filled out the forms and then crickets. What does it take to get an appointment here? Maybe they need a blood sample. I don't know and got too frustrated to wait any longer just to schedule an appointment. It's hair people not brain surgery. Sheesh! read more

While I am thrilled with Morgan as my stylist, when I had a hair emergency and Morgan wasn't there, the front staff made sure I could be taken care of that day, and Christie fixed my issue. Had my first appointment with Alexis and I couldn't be happier with the results! Every dye job blonde knows the how easy it is to end up with brassy roots or highlights reminiscent of a mid-western high school girl in 2005. So naturally, trying out a new stylist for the first time, especially during Christmas party season, is terrifying. To make matters worse I am in the middle of the Javier-Bardem-in-No Country for Old Men stage of growing out a pixie. Needless to say as terrible as my hair looked prior to my appointment, there was some real fear that I had not yet hit rock bottom. Thankfully for me and all the people who have to look at me, Alexis was better than I could have hoped. She was able to blend my dark roots perfectly and keep most of my length while giving my hair a nice shape. She was also very personable and easy to talk to as well. The salon itself is run very well, the girls at the front were all extremely nice and I was even given a tour of the salon prior to the appointment. The owner came over to talk to me and introduce herself, which I have never had happen at any other salon unless my stylist IS the owner. The washing stations are so comfortable, they don't cut off your circulation or hurt your neck and I was giving a lovely warm eye mask. They said they had availability on the one day I could go because I'm a teacher & apparently all Raleigh businesses only cater to people who have the ability to just up & leave work to 'get their hair done.' This one included. They sent me a text message with a form to fill out. All consultations are done virtually. Great! I didn't get a response or a follow up or anything about how to deliver pictures.
