I was assisted by Troy Macdonald "Store Manager" to start a new policy with an additional vehicle, and let the current one at that time expire however, he CANCELLED my policy after assuring me that I was only paying for a NEW policy. Since then I've been issued cancellation fees for the policy that I never agreed to cancel and have been sent to a collection agency because of it. That dishonest store manager rushed me thru the whole e-signing process and even suggested to hit the "arrow" button bc it would take me directly to the next signature part and skip "all the extra stuff". I would never recommend anyone to be assisted by this unprofessional employee. I even sent emails to this douche requesting a correction of my name, New Declaration Page, Payment Schedule, and Policy Confirmation which HE had agreed to send me and the coward never responded with anything. Please consider this 1 star a 0 and thank the scamming crooked store manager for the poor review. read more

I must say,I am disappointed in the service. I was quoted a price on the phone,and told to come down with the registration's ,and my drivers license, to my two vehicles,(guy,named Josh). I came down. Came in to make a payment and talk about policy before renewal. Worked with Liduvina Hernandez and she found me a comparable policy that was cheaper by $20/month with 5 roadside assistance calls. Took longer than I would have liked but if you have time, it's worth an hour if it saves you $240 a year. This location is also were I got an SR-22 7 years ago. If your patient, this place will work for you. I went into this office under the impression that I would receive a better price than my old insurance company, I was very disappointed with Martha every price she gave me was incorrect. I was so close to canceling everything and moving back to my old insurance company. Thanks to the excellent sales manager that this office has (Russell Xiong) he was able to at least have the courtesy to apologize and attempt to resolve my issue I decided to stay, even tho I still did not get the price I was advise I would receive. Not only did she take the time, but she went above and beyond to assist in a matter that had nothing to do with her or her particular office. She stepped in and provided me the necessary informaiton needed, she expedited my complaint, and even worked directly with the resolutions department to express my dissatisfaction and assist to making sure I was taken care of. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her going out of her way when she didn't have to. I had recently started a new policy with costuless, everything was fine when I did my paperwork over the phone. I was glad that I was able to get a good quote for my rate. A few days later I found out that the person who helped me with my new policy had messed up on it, making my monthly payment higher than what he had told me. I then talked to another member from costuless, RAAD XIONG. I went in for a consultation, and he was able to help me; he looked over my policy and went over my options. He was very clear and helpful. Raad was able to help fix the issue with my policy and was able to lower my monthly payment. I definitely had a good experience and came out happy with the results. read more
