Is this company just a scam???…read more My insurance provider hired them to do inspections and I was provided a link to an online portal to complete a virtual inspection. The portal was easy enough to navigate, but they lost my entries and I was reported to my insurance provider as having failed to complete it. I worked with them to get another shot at it rather than lose my insurance. I attempted to complete the virtual inspection a second time and the system encountered an error and wouldn't let me complete it (I was about 94% done, from its own calculations). I tried two more times, again being kicked out in the final stages. I've tried calling the help desk, but it goes directly to a voicemail box (no humans available, even during the hours when they allegedly have live support). I left my information, but there's been no follow-up. I'm not sure that it would be possible to be WORSE than this.
