They told me about a few problems with my car and recommended me to a few places here in town that could help. If $85.00 is too much, don't worry you can cut your bill in half by taking regular oil. I used high mileage because I have an engine with a lot of miles and I put over 400 miles more on it every week.

I got an oil change here on 2/6/2026 on the evening of 2/6/2026 I needed my car towed. The car…read morestarted overheating badly! we had to leave the car and get it towed twice. Thank god the firefighters were called by someone along the road they sent help because we were out in what it felt like -10 degrees around 8:00 pm with our 3 year old stranded. We took it into the mechanic they said our the radiator fan was broken and the coolant hose disconnected from how hot the engine was. We needed to replace the battery because it was also fried due to the overheating. They needed to flush the entire system there was a concoction of fluids/ liquids. This was absolutely done because of the crappy oil change. We got out car back after about 2 weeks . The same day the car started acting up AGAIN so we took it back after paying for a rental for 2 weeks and $1100 for repairs turns out The coolant traveled to the cylinder due to a mixture of different coolants that have been used. Fast forward its 3/6/2026 and our car is still in the mechanic and needs the entire engine replaced. Thousands and thousands of dollars because of your carelessness. You have left a family of 7 ( 5 children) without a car. God almighty will take this matter into his hands. You guys are irresponsible and even if it is not the owners fault train your people better. As someone who tried to get help from corporate a few times about how customers were being scammed…read moreinto expensive services by employees (witnessed employees putting old dark motor oil on transmission and driveline samples to make it appear burnt/dirty/worn just to trick customers into an expensive transmission service) to bump sales numbers, listening to customers complain about how inappropriate comments and noises were made in front of customers and their children by employees, and witnessing some employees using substances while on the clock. The manager Bill hides it well and most employees fear him cutting their hours/pay or firing them for false reasons if they even so much as ask for the district manager Ricky's number in fear that it will be trouble for him. Anytime another manager higher up than him has to talk to an employee Bill gets upset and harasses them for information on what was talked about and if/what was all said. Customers have no clue to some of what happens right in front of them and or to their own vehicles but as someone from the company I do. Just know that not all employees do these shady things, it's just fear that keeps us from speaking up about it.

Let me start by saying I did not have them do the work because of the price. They were going to…read morecharge $1000 for parts that I bought myself for $180 ( and they were American made) and $1000 for labor. When we went to do the work ourselves we discovered the parts they said needed to be replaced DIDNT need to be, verified by a gear head I know. So not only did they want to charge a ridiculous amount, they didn't even diagnose the issue correctly. They used to be reliable, not sure what's changed but be wary and get a second opinion.
