Chips & Queso Container half full.

We love Costa Vida! We get take out every Saturday it is a tradition. We have gotten to know many of the servers and appreciate their kindness. Just curious if it is company policy to only fill our chips and queso half way? For $4 we would like full portions please.

It's OK. Food is good. But for 11$. 1 small burrito? Come on. Put more chicken beans and rice in your burrito, like Chipotle and Cafe Rio. Otherwise you'll lose more customers

Love the $5 offers they always get me. Sweet pork burrito is delicious and big enough for two meals. Line was shorter today which was nice in and out much quicker than usual. Enjoyed dinner at home.

I come here quite a bit. I live nearby so I receive a Buy One Entree Get One Free coupon in the mail at least once a month which makes this place a really affordable and quick dinner. However, the food is hit and miss. I like the nachos, salads, smothered burritos, and enchiladas here (yeah, basically everything!). However, the meat is what I don't like. The shredded beef is awful. I used to enjoy the sweet pork, but the last time I was here I got a bite that was just pure fat. Probably about 3-4 tablespoons of pure fat was pulled from my food and that flavor and texture won't be leaving my brain anytime soon. For now I'll be sticking with the chicken or going meatless and loading up on the beans! I enjoy both the beans and rice here. The queso is great whether you get a side of it or you put it on the nachos. The service has always been good and the nighttime shift manager that I generally see rocks. He's younger, nice, and always on top of everything. As long as the coupons keep showing up in the mail, I'll keep showing up at this location.

A great place to satisfy your Mexican food experience. A nice variety on the menu. The staff is customer oriented.

Very good food and always fresh. If you like Cafe Rio you will like Costa Vida. Very similar in my view.

Being it was our first time we had some questions and she gracefully answered them. I got a bacon cheeseburger. My wife got the pastrami burger and we both enjoyed it. I liked that I was able to add grilled onions and fresh jalapeños for no up charge . Tasted like the food was cooked fresh being it came out hot and didn't have a long wait. The burger bun was one of those soft buns kinda like a Hawaiian role. Burger was flavorful but not greasy. I liked how it was served in foil wrap where we could food down the sides and eat without getting anything on our hands. As for the ambience, the first table we sat at was super wobbly so we switched tables. Second table the napkin holder was really dusty which was kinda gross for us as we noticed it when we needed one while we were eating and it felt like it was going to get our food and hands dirty. We did look over at other napkin holders and the others didn't look dusty. Though the overall restaurant felt and looked pretty clean. Meals where convo comes with fries but drinks are ordered separately. They have fountain options and glass drink options. Overall it was a good experience and if in the area I would stop by again.

I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and I chose to order and eat inside because the drive thru line was way too long. I hadn't eaten all day so I ordered two Double Doubles, Animal Fries, and a small soda. This is what I usually get at other In-N-Outs if I'm really hungry. I ended up waiting over ten minutes for my food while plenty of other customers who came in after me ordered and got their food in a couple of minutes. I don't know what was taking so long for my order, but I was getting impatient. Maybe it was the grilled onions. That's usually the excuse for why an order is taking longer to prepare, but I don't know. When I got my food everything tasted great as always but not long afterwards on the drive to Salt Lake City I started feeling ill. I had an upset stomach that started to hurt a little and when I got to my hotel I had to lay down for a while. Fortunately things didn't get any worse but I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day and just had small amounts of water. I don't know if I've ever gotten sick from eating In-N-Out food before. I've had this same order from many other In-N-Outs before and never had an issue.

Staff was polite, the food came out pretty quickly, and everything felt organized. Not life-changing gourmet food -- but definitely a good classic burger stop with a nice atmosphere.

Her favorite is the #11 Enchilada (she prefers them because of the shredded chicken and "soft on her teeth" aspect). I personally ordered one of their Taco Salads (Asada, because I love steak)! It was absolutely delicious and loaded in ingredients. We also ordered a side of their medium size French fries and they were cooked exceptionally well and came with plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise (just in case you might want to make "fry sauce"; the Utah favorite out of them). I had kindly suggested to make the birthday meal "extra special", and the employees went above and beyond to do just that! Got a few tasty unexpected treats along with the sweetest note that can still bring tears to her eyes! The attention to detail, friendly and accommodating employees, along with the freshness of food and good portion sizes is the reason why this place deserves over a 10+ rating! Thank you ALL so very much. And if you're on the fence about this place, I highly recommend that you give them a shot!
