Absolutely terrible experience. The food was cold, overpriced, and completely lacking in flavor. Even with just a party of two, things went wrong. To make matters worse, I discovered the next morning that someone had fraudulently added a $15 tip to my bill. I will never be returning.

Took a chance on Maria's because of yelp reviews.... Not disappointed. The phone order was easy and the lady on the phone helpful!!! Arrived just as the food was coming out of the kitchen! Great service, friendly employee and decent green chile burrito. They could've given me a little less cheese and more sauce and the fries were a little dis's appointing, but on the whole a decent meal... I'd definitely go back if I lived closer.

First time ever trying this restaurant. I requested takeout as the order was going to a family member. I requested their favorite (two chicken enchiladas) that comes with refried beans and Spanish rice. I also requested they add on lettuce and sour cream as you can easily do that with other Mexican restaurants when it is not stated in the description. I also requested any red or green sauce as you get those with other Mexican restaurants. Needless to say, there was absolutely NO extra sauce on the side included (or that you could add to from the menu). No jalapenos either. No sour cream included. The lettuce requested (usually it's shredded green lettuce that restaurants such as these do). Big mistake! It was a bunch of red leaf plus shredded cabbage that you clearly could tell must be part of their house or some other salad in the restaurant. The refried beans were obviously taken out of the cheapest generic brand can and the Spanish rice covered the entire meal. Where were the enchiladas? Barely found underneath. Undercooked and not even big enough to take a photo. This is NOT an authentic Mexican restaurant. Betos and Rancheritos are more authentic and that is not saying much! Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Next to Orlando's in Kaysville this is the worst! Oh, what a disappointment!

Great Presentation, Fresh Ingredients The menu had a good variety of options, and the food arrived beautifully plated. Everything looked fresh and well-prepared, from the sizzling fajitas to the vibrant salsa and chips. A Surprising Lack of Flavor This isn't the first time I've noticed this in Utah, so I'm starting to wonder if restaurants here adjust their seasoning for a more neutral palate. If that's the case, I wish they'd offer an option for those of us who enjoy a little more spice and authenticity in our dishes! Overall, place offers a pleasant dining experience with fresh ingredients, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. If you prefer milder flavors, you'll likely enjoy it. But if you're looking for truly bold, authentic Mexican seasoning, you might find it a bit underwhelming. With just a little more punch in the flavors, this place could be truly fantastic!

Wasn't the best this time for me unfortunately. I just want a good steak and I'm left kinda disappointed every place I go. I guess I'll just have to go get it and make it myself lol queso dip was cooled down and not melty and my MED RARE STEAK was more like MED WELL.. was still good and juicy I just wanted some blood and pink.

    Proof of incorrect order.

Service Initially I was hung up on when waiting to place my order. I was very understanding, things happen. I ordered two corn enchiladas with rice and bean four times. I also added an extra garnish for one of them. (image from menu in red) Phone order take out receipt (white image with Maria's logo) has 4 flour chicken enchiladas and a house salad. The lady who took the order just kept saying I said four flour. I never get flour, so I would never say flour. I tried showing her the menu but she just argued with what she thought I said rather than fixing my order as I pointed to the item I want. Feeling she was not gonna understand even pointing at the menu I canceled my order and got a refund. I'm not sure at this point if the refund went through. I have had a couple issues in the past. I Feel it is necessary to write review this time.

When your good at what you do, consistency is everything. Another great family meal at Maria's. Our large party of 10 made reservations and we were able to get a seating in a separate private dining area. Staff is very friendly. Food is nice and hot. Great place for a celebration with a large group.

This was a last minute stop as we were headed some place else. Glad we stop here. The place is very large and a good family place. We we seated immediately and given water. Our server took our drink order, one of their special margaritas yummy! After looking over the many menu options, we decided on the Molcajete for two. Chips and salsa are complementary as expected. The dinner arrived and was beyond expected. Very large. Lots of shrimp. Steak, and chicken with many veggies. I could do without the cactus. So a great meal that we couldn't finish but non the less, great. We will be going back often

A birthday surprise I'll never forget!…read more This restaurant came highly recommended by a former employee, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we sat down, everything impressed us. I tried a mezcal cocktail for the first time, the blueberry mezcal, and it was incredibly unique, smoky, slightly sweet, and just overall delicious. For food, we ordered the corn, poblano tamales, and the chorizo steak burrito. Every bite was packed with flavor. Portions were generous, so much so that we ended up taking leftovers home (always a good sign!). But the true highlight of the evening? The birthday celebration. Our waitress asked if we were celebrating anything, and I casually mentioned a birthday at the end of the month. She smiled and said, "Leave the rest to me." I had no idea what was coming... Suddenly, the entire bar lit up? iterally. Flames shot up like a volcano erupting, the staff came out with fire, bubbles, and this incredible energy. It felt like a full-on performance. Then came a rich chocolate cake soaked in liqueur that was just as dramatic as it was delicious. It wasn't just dinner, it was an experience. If you're looking for amazing food, creative drinks, and unforgettable celebrations, this place delivers on all of it. We'll definately be back.

For a second I wondered if they were closed, but someone eventually came out and seated me. That initial vibe had me a bit concerned, but I stuck it out. I started with the chips, corn, and guacamole, which was decent, nothing mind-blowing but fresh enough and got the job done. The Cadillac Margarita ($20) was a disappointment though. It was basically a glass of ice with way too much lime juice dominating everything; I could barely taste the tequila. The Michelada was better, solid and refreshing, and the service was about the same: friendly and attentive enough once they got going, but nothing standout. But holy smokes, that asada stuffed burrito saved the whole meal. The asada was ridiculously tender, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. Juicy, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth beef wrapped in a solid burrito. That one item alone made me glad I came. Overall, the place has some hits and misses. If the asada is what you're after, it's worth it. Just maybe skip the Cadillac marg and don't expect a lively atmosphere on a slow night. I'd go back for the burrito.

After a quick morning flight to Ogden, UT to visit our besties, we found ourselves hungry and…read morecraving some Mexican. A quick Yelp search lead us to No Manches Way. THE LOCATION: This is where things got a little tricky. Street parking for No Manches Way is basically nonexistent. There is a small lot in the back through a narrow alley alongside the building. THE ATMOSPHERE: Eh... Awkward is a good way to sum it up. There's a tv with a DJ, in what looks like his parents basement, blasting club music. It was much louder than it needed to be for any restraint. Especially during the day. Aside from that, there were some neat murals on the walls and a variety of seating. THE EATS: Having caught wind of the birria craze back in Colorado, I was excited to see that they offered this here! Yay! So I eagerly ordered up a quesa birria (which is essentially a cheese quesadilla with a dipping au jus). My husband chose to nosh on a massive asada burrito, and our friend chose the street tacos. The meals definitely satisfied the craving and filled our tummies. THE DRINKS: Since they're across the street from a church and located in Utah, you will not find beer or liquor here. They do feature Mexican Coca Cola, Parrot juice drinks, among other things. I opted for a Pink Guava juice drink. It definitely paired perfectly with my meal. THE SERVICE: There's no table service here. You place your order at a counter in the back of the restaurant and receive a tray with your food when it's ready. Being the first time I've had birria, I was a little disappointed that how to season the broth was not explained more to me. It came with a plethora of cilantro and onion that I was unsure of how to use. Oh well. No Manches Way was A-OK in my book. I wouldn't be opposed to stopping by again next time we're in town and checking out more of the menu.
