This Rancheritos is very typical and much the same as the other burrito joints around the Wasatch Front of varying names. Everyone has their favorite things on the menu and mine happen to be the chicken taco, fish taco, and the "Conga" burrito. Think steak, beans, rice. I am also "Team Red Sauce" when it comes to the condiments and it just hits. Food is good, portions are huge, prices are creeping up but still affordable for the amount of vittles you get in your bag. This location is notoriously slow. There is a time warp somewhere between the time you order and actually get your food and you lose all track of time. You're hungry, though, so it just doesn't matter. read more

I love Rancherito's burritos and carne asada nachos. The portions are big and the prices are good. Unfortunately on my last visit the cashier overcharged my credit card. I asked him why my total was so high when I handed him my credit card and his response was: "we increased our prices". Then I asked him why the prices on the menu has not been changed? Also, I showed him my receipt from two days prior when I ordered the same thing and my total was less. He said he was going to fix it for me. He didn't. I'm very mad due to this! The food here is great but the restaurant itself is totally stealing your money. What they do is charge you an amount that prints on a receipt, then later add a tip which hits your bank account for more then is shown on your receipt. You have to call and get them to fix it, which they will fight every step of the way and claim it's not their error. It's happened to me three different times where they charge me more later then on my ticket. Watch out friends! read more

The food here is decently priced, and tastes quite delicious most the time, but their wait times are the WORST inside and out that I have ever experienced in fast food. Last night, was even worse which is why I feel compelled to share this review. First off, the staff is ALWAYS rude, especially over the intercom, maybe just to certain colored people, as I have seen them in the inside being respectful of Hispanic guests but not other races, way to be racist! I went through the drive thru at 8:32 pm and ordered the crispy burritos (just 2, no combo) and an order of rolled tacos (again no combo), it took nearly an hour (9:23pm) trapped between cars before I could get my food! Every Thursday I've watched my coworker eat a bacon and egg breakfast burrito in front of me for the last 3 weeks. It looked and smelled unbelievably good, so I HAD to try one for myself. I also drive by this location everyday for work and I've noticed the drive-thru is normally insane, so I opted to come early morning on a Saturday instead. There were still a few cars ahead of me but the wait only took about 8 minutes. The guy at the window was friendly and I got my food without much of a wait. I ended up ordering a large horchata and a bacon and egg burrito. They were so so so so so delicious. It may have been because I was starving, but dang was it good. Seriously better than the place I used to go to in San Diego. I really love that their food isn't overly greasy, which can be expected when eating Mexican fast food. We've eaten here often, but won't be back. The customer service has always been crappy, but last Sunday we went through the drive thru, they forgot my daughters order. We drove all the way home before we figured it out. Called and spoke to someone who took my name and said I can come to get the fries anytime since I said I couldn't go back tonight. This restaurant is amazing. I love it so much. The food is so amazing. My only issue is the cashier's. The younger women always make me feel like a nuisance, when I'm ordering. They have also messed up a couple of my orders through the drive thru. One time I walked in and instead of hearing the normal Hispanic music, I hear what sounds to me like Cardi B. I even had to give my order to one of the ladies, over the loud music! They eventually changed it after more people started walking in. Anyway, I highly recommend this place because of the food. It's confusing when ordering: no repeating of order and there's often long periods of time without any "talking", so it's hard to know if there's anyone on the other side listening to you. They could seriously feed two people but I'm a fat ass so I eat it all to my self. This place is really good if your doing hard work outside or just want some Mexican food. My friend and I used to come almost once a week and he would get the tacos and Tortas and he loved those as well as the burritos. I cannot believe how horrible the service is at this restaurant! I went there a few days ago and they gave me the wrong order. Since it was a burrito, I didn't know until I took a bite and found out it was a bacon burrito instead of steak and egg. I am allergic to pork so I immediately stopped eating and called the restaurant. Since I don't live close, Pedro told me to come back during the night shift and ask for Pedro and order the burrito. When I went back Rayna, said she would not honor it and neither would her manager. When I asked for her manager, she went to get them and came back and said "he left". So not only did I never get what I paid for, they made a profit seeing as the burrito they gave me cost less than what I ordered. They honestly have lost a customer. No one should ever eat at this location, because they have really will scam you out of your money and have no remorse for their mistakes.
