Costco Business Center in Commerce is an amazing place to purchasing bulk items for restaurants, offices, and businesses that has a physical presence. It's also a suitable place for typical grocery shopping. The kitchen and appliance section was impressive. It ranges from industrial grade machinery to peelers. The most impressive section was the freezer room area where they have large cuts of meats and huge selections of cheeses - it does get very cold there, so I advise bringing a jacket. The fridge section has bulk items, like 30 lb of fries, whole lamb, and whole goat. I also enjoyed wandering through the flour and spices section. Prices are overall competitive. Cashier check out was very quick and smooth, because the lines are shorter compared to most other Costco's I've been to. read more

Dont even bother asking for help to your car at this place, unless you want your food to spoil. Today of all days my cart was full of heavy products and refrigerated items. I wasted 30 mins outside waiting for a carry out. Dustin a courtesy clerk was chit chatting with his buddy for 30 mins straight and came back with 6 orange carts during that span of time. It took him 30 mins to gather 6 carts. When I asked him for help he said he had to "hydrate". When he came out he completely ignored me. Ive never seen such lazy staff. They need to train their staff better, specially on customer service because it seriously lacks at this specific location. Other Costco Business Center's page their staff with a walkie talkie and communicate better. This location is by far one of the worst ones. With the exception of Daniel who ended up helping me out even though he wasn't responsible for carry outs. Daniel deserves a promotion and perhaps he could even train the rest of the young staff and show them the definition of courtesy and professionalism in the workplace. read more

1030 am, Sunday, February 22, 2026 Traveling through Commerce on the I-5 South on my way to see family and I needed to go to Costco. It was only basic needs items so I thought I'd save time visiting the Costco Business Center. Gatorade, Ritz, Clorox, KS unsalted mixed nuts, KS extra crunchy peanuts. I also cashed in my Costco Rewards Certificate prior to my purchase. I cleaned the register out of medium and small bills, oops. I couldn't find any Premium Saltines, so Ritz had to do. The box of Clorox Bleach now in a 3/121oz pack. Oh boy!. Parking aplenty at this time of day. I purposely parked further away from the entrance to avoid parking next to other cars. Business Costco is still a great place to shop. I don't visit as often as I used to, since I am retired and no longer need to shop for my employer. I needed full-size candy bars for a school fundraiser. The prices of the full-size bars were much better here than at any other store. There's a wide selection of products, but eggs are limited. The food court doesn't fill the sundae evenly in the cup. I don't usually frequent this Costco due to the store selection but when I do, it's usually for 1) TP 2) a case of water and 3) something is being advertised on their coupon/ ad book. For those who don't typically frequent Costco Business, the store selection is not the same as regular stores but does offer some similarities (you can still find some essentials), but you won't find rotisserie chicken/ croissants, free food samples, or clothes, or books here. They do have more meat selection, frozen food in bulk, vending machine snacks in bulk, drinks in bulk, etc. vs the average Costco store. There is also a small selection of fruits. I prefer this location for its early hours albeit it also means they close earlier, too! They also have a food court and gas station. There are rarely any crowds -- but I do see them occasionally during the mornings. (-) no self check out, but their cashiers are pretty attentive. (+) return line is practically non-existent. Costco in Commerce is a business center location and carries a wide variety of things that you can use for your restaurant or business. This is also a unique location because it also has a good court and I haven't seen that in any other business centers except for this one. The thing about this location though is that there are not enough cashiers working here so sometimes coming here could take a long time to just get ranged up. Overall though you can find some unique products here that you can't get at other Costcos. I bought a plant-based protein bar box of delicious cookies. So check this out I came here to avoid the craziness of the Norwalk location. That's the only thing I liked about this Costco. Inside I payed with my debit card a Master Card. But outside I wanted to get two slices of pizza and the employee says we do t take Master Card only Visa so I get into it with here about how I just payed inside with my card so what's the difference, she gives me attitude continues to say she can't accept that form of payment. By far one of my favorite costco's to shop at. You wont find clothing, toys, books, or any other apperal or home decorations here. This is strictly business like the name suggests. You can get a lot of business items for like cooking items, or restaurant needs. But also. you can get more items in bulk size for your home. This place is busy but it is far from chaotic like traditional costcos. The gas station is also never as packed as other locations. It's been a while since I came to this Costco, but I came to get gas. There were long lines and cars were getting stuck on the streets. The price of fresh fruits like bananas, strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries were very good compared to other stores, so I got a box of each. I was very surprised to find that the cashews that were in containers before are now packaged in bags. No wonder I couldn't find them, but they made it easier to see with the signage. read more

I'm here in the Costco food court line. I ordered at the kiosk to pick up at the window. I've been in line for 20 mins with a line of about 25 people behind me. They have only one person helping at the window: I asked if they could get someone else to help with the window they said no, they are short staffed. If you're in need of bulk packs then this is the Costco to go to. Just an FYI it's not like the regular Costco stores, there's no bakery or chicken but if you want just the business essentials this is for you. They have some restaurant equipment if that's what you need and yes they do have a food service for your pizza or sandwich break. If there's anything you need that you can't find their customer service people are always happy to help. They can usually tell you if they carry it or if it's no longer going to be carried by them anymore. I think it's a good value for your money so it won't hurt to give it a try. read more

I've been to this Costco a couple times to get some last minute things since I was in the area and they have a good amount of things. Except it is more of a business center so I'd recommend a different Costco for other items. But, I had a horrible experience on my way out.l after shopping. I was stopped so they can check for my receipt but the lady at the front was busy having a conversation with another employee, so me and my husband continued on as she was talking. She screamed out to us saying to come back, and to show her the receipt . Me and my husband did NOT have a cart, and were carrying heavy items like dog food, sodas, food which made it very hard to put everything down and reach for the receipt. She was super bothered at the fact that we were already out, when she should have been focused on the customers if she was super dedicated to ask for receipts. Anyways, I made it a point on how hard it was as I placed the items directly infront of her, took the receipt out of the bag, and what did she do. She swiped a line through it and handed it to me. I had a very frustrating experience at the Costco food court last Saturday November 9, 2024 and this happened around 4-5pm, while checking out my groceries in the warehouse, I decided to buy a pizza and asked for a half cheese, half pepperoni. The lady cashier name Sam assured me that although the receipt would only show one flavor (whole pep), I could just tell the pickup window to get the right flavor. I thought this would save me time since I'd skip the long line outside. However, when I went to pick up my pizza, the guy at the window insisted he couldn't give me what I wanted because it wasn't on the receipt. Despite my explanation, he refused, which made no sense since I was following the warehouse instructions. I even talked to two different persons and explaining myself, so inconvenient. To make things worse, I ended up waiting 40 minutes for just one box of pizza! This kind of miscommunication and long wait time left me disappointed. Costco needs to improve their system or at least communicate better between the warehouse and food court staff to avoid confusion. I will never buy pizza again at this branch. This Business Costco is right off the 5 fwy. I typically stop by for gas and sometimes stop inside. The gas line can move a bit slow as this location seems to get quite a few trucks stopping here for gas. This store is a typical business Costco, though a bit more crowded than others I've been to due to it's location. The food court is way off to the side and the lines go out towards the parking lot. It's a different setup than most Costco's so it may be a bit weird the first time. Overall, stop by if you're passing through the area, though nothing worth making a special trip out to this business Costco unless it's the only one near. read more

This is a business center Costco, so there's no bakery or rotisserie chicken or any alcohol. That used to be a plus, because it was not as crowded as the regular Costcos. However, it does have a gas station and a food court. It seems as though after the pandemic this place has been extremely busy, about the same foot traffic as other Costcos. It's now open on Sundays as well. One of the main attractions here is the meat department, because unlike the other Costcos, you actually get giant cuts of meat. Most of the people in the meat department are extremely helpful. If your favorite cut is out of stock and need other options, one person in that department is particularly helpful. If you need any advice definitely seek Richard's help. There are a few different meats I have bought after getting advice. It really helps to stretch your dollar, especially with a family of 5. Won't stop going even if it is just as busy as the other Costcos, because their meat department has different options. Highly recommend checking it out. read more

On a Friday night after work in February, hubby and I drove by street and arrived at business center by 5:10pm. It is not so busy at the morning rush. We headed to the frozen chicken wings 10lbs 18.99 and snacks. There was plenty of eggs in stock and looked at oxtails again and box of leg quarters. The first time we stopped at this Costco, we didn't realize it was a "Business" store. But we were intrigued by the 100 cup rice cooker, and the different selection of items that we don't usually see at our local Costco. And then ... we discovered their walk-in cooler which went on for days! I knew I wasn't going to be able to stay in there very long when I started to see my breath. BRRRRR! Dang it's cold in there! But what an amazing selection of meats! We got our brisket and beef ribs to smoke - definitely a great deal! Restaurant quantities at Costco quality and prices! They do have some regular Costco sized items, but for the most part, they carry business quantities. It's a bit of a drive for us, but totally worth it. There is a Business Costco in Garden Grove, which is closer to us, but we don't think their selection is as good as the one in Commerce. *Just a side note: this location has a gas station, which the wait isn't too bad, and they also have the Snack Bar with the usual offerings as the other Costcos - hot dog, pizza, chicken bake, smoothie, sundaes, etc. read more

Eduardo in Returns needed a break today from returns. I returned two coolers and dog food unopened and the coolers were never used. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. He took a very unusual long time returning my three items. After 15 minutes I looked up the items and helped him out. Not sure if he is new and needs more training or some one hurt his feelings and it wasn't his day. He didn't ask what type of method I wanted my return he just returned it back to my card. I usually pay with the debit card and either I get cash or I get a shopping card now not only do I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my return to hit my bank. I also got hit with "that's a new policy" if you shop online it goes back on your card. Costco management please help Eduardo and train him better with customer service or how to ask for a break when he needs it. Maybe have him push carts outside, I'm sure he would appreciate his return station more. read more
