I had a good experience with one person that was working the perfume section named Anabel if I'm not mistaken, but there were several women there that clearly didn't know what they were doing. She couldn't help us completely since she was the only one checking out people. We understood and were willing to wait for her. Other women try to help which is part of their sales, but it got bad when one person said something and another contradicted what the other said. It showed there is no organization or clarity on there promotions or anything they were doing. The place wasn't even completely full there were maybe 4 to 5 groups of people and like 7 women and it was like they were running around not knowing what to do. One was very pushy of me to buy there gift sets that they did for $266 saying it was the better value, but clearly it was off brand lip makeup and something for your hair. When I asked what the price of just the perfume she didn't even check and just said it was $230. I asked why were there prices higher from Ulta and Sephora that was selling the same perfume for $180. She lady clearly didn't have an answer. Another lady try getting but didn't really know what to say. Honestly I was just done and we were just going to get my husband cologne. Anabel came back and I felt better with her, she didn't push on something and was patient on what we were looking for. With her we ended up purchasing 4 perfumes. I was ready to leave with nothing because of the other people , but she brought me back without any gimmick or fancy talk just simple clear answers and honestly. I think that was what made me not try to do business with the other people which is Honestly. So for anyone going to buy there be careful not everyone is honest with you or friendly, but if you wait patiently there are some people that truly know how to treat people well like people and not just want a sale. read more

Idk how to start this, but here we go. My dad purchase a living room set at curaçao over a year ago with a 2 year warranty purchase. When we first got the furniture it came with a factory defect in the right hand shoulder we called the curaçao & it took them more than 2 weeks to replace the defected furniture. Over 2 months ago my furniture started to show the same defection that had the other set when I first got it. I called Curacao to used my 2 year warranty to replace the defected furniture & till this day everyone in the store and customer service had give me the run around. I wanna mentioned I have talk to Stephen Martinez manager from the furniture department he told me he'll fix the situation and every time I go and look for him he's never there. Mind you I bought the 2 year warranty promised that they will REPLACE FURNITURE IF I EVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH IT. Everyone from the customer department to the manager from operations department and the manager from furniture had give me the run around. Over 2 months now and now one had fix this issue. I'm going to reach out to the new outlets and social media to see if they can do something about it. The good: There were a lot of workers here and the store was well organized and labeled. They sell baby stuff, beds, dining tables, electronics, perfumes, purses, bikes, camping gear and toys. The kids' beds they had were pretty cool. There were car-shaped ones, a bunk bed shaped like a boat, a 3 bed bunk bed, and many more. They sold higher end brands like Lacoste here. This department store reminds me of the malls in Vietnam where there's a giant warehouse space that is open and sells everything. There was plenty of parking. The bad: The prices seemed on the higher side. There weren't any particularly good deals. The escalator down wasn't working. The interesting: Upstairs there's a kids gym/play area. Purchased a Refrigerator in June 2025, had it delivered to my apartment. The delivery men damaged the tile floor. They never removed the screws in the bottom of the refrigerator to allow the wheels guide them to place where the refrigerator needed to be placed. Contacted delivery department and texted pictures. Kept calling, leaving messages, emails. Finally a rep told me that the delivery department stated that I caused the damage when I placed the refrigerator where it needed to be placed at. No accountability and straight lying. My dad recently bought furniture for his home in Mexico and when it arrived my family noticed the table was broken when we reached out to get it replaced or get a discount they said no because we had already signed on, which is annoying because they had us sending pictures to the customer service department to "see if they can fix the problem" but whatever. On November 27th I ordered the LG 86 inch TV. I was overcharged due to being charged a non-membership price instead of the club membership. I immediately called customer service and was informed that I should be receiving an email within 24 hours with the price adjustment. After waiting several days I did not receive an email and wanted information as to why the TV had not been shipped yet. I spoke with Ashley, and she assured me that there were no issues with the order and that the ticket was still open for the price adjustment. I waited a few more days and the TV still was not shipped nor had the price been adjusted. I spoke with William and Joe and they assured me that they did not see any issues instead of that the TV would be shipped out within 3 to 5 days. After waiting more time I called to speak to a supervisor and was told that a supervisor would be calling me back, I never received a call. Today is December 17th and I have been informed that the TV has been out of stock and they are not expecting any more of the TVs from LG, therefore my order is being canceled. I'm extremely upset because there were other Black Friday deals for the 86 inch LG TVs that I could have purchased and would have had the opportunity, but due to being told several times that there were no issues and that the TV that I had ordered was being shipped out, I missed out on the Black Friday deal for an 86 in TV. All the Representatives have to say is they are sorry. They have not offered any substitutions with a discount to rectify this and I have been told there is nothing that they can do. So basically I out on getting a TV for Black Friday and out of luck for them advertising and accepting orders for products they don't even have in stock. I'd give 0 stars if I could. My fridge stopped working and I've only had it for a year. The fridge I purchased is no longer on the market. It took 6 months for Curaçao's to send someone out to fix it. After months of calling Curaçao said they'd give me a 200 dollar grocery gift card in the meantime. This is an update on my delivery gone wrong back in January. I'm posting this a few months after because I've been through so much and too I'm finally not angry at Curacao anymore, but for sure I won't be buying any furniture with them ever again! After the 3rd attempt Curacao finally delivered the right table. BUT, it was scratched and the table looked liked if it was the one they had in store on display. It looked use n old. You can see images below. I took it as it was because I no longer had the energy to keep arguing. Oh and the so called business owner that commented on my previous review never got in contact with me. I sent her an email with information she asked, y nada. Where do I start for one race plays a big factor with this company I notice going into these stores I see 99.9 % hispanics very few afro-American have been mistreated by this company in store and over the phone this company shows lack of compassion if you have a issue your going to be talking to maybe 5 to 10 different people no one is ever on the same page issues are never solved I just recently purchased a Mac book computer just simply call customer to ask them about there zero interest that was a nightmare The gentleman told me I would have to speak to someone in the Credit Dept. He told me that yes I can qualify for it so they transferred me to Credit Dept. Credit Dept kept dancing around the question I asked him to explain to me zero interest or finance for them to can't out my contract and started a new one.he kept telling I don't qualify without even checking I feel like he had it in his mindset already enough to help me then he said he was going to check and find out to see if I did after I kept pressing the issue. He said he don't know why the gentleman told me about that, but that was false information. then in return, he said why Customer Service couldn't just do a form so he put me on hold. He said he was gonna check with someone just to find out. They said my computer didn't qualify so then again I asked him why since I had the account for over a year to make my payments on time as they stated I did it was never late. I saw it. Could you ask them why I could not get a credit increase told me to hold on so what he was he contacted another department Credit Dept and he told me that they said I don't qualify for credit increase for the simple fact that I did too many returns I never heard of that before so I felt discriminated against because they had in their minds that already they wasn't gonna help me. I never heard of that if you did return that you don't qualify for increase in your credit account I thought if you make your payments on time you develop the history that's a reason for them to raise your credit limit mind you when I make purchases from these people I don't always use my credit. I'll pay cash so I made several transactions with cash. I don't know it's just going to the stores. I watch them they pick who they want to help it was times I went in there and I stayed in the store with me and my husband. We just sat there and watch out. They were helping other people we were just standihere we had to go get someone to help us. I purchased a computer chair from the and a computer desk. They gave me a bad beat up box that was torn. It was dirty. The pink chair was dirty too. They showed no interest in healthy then my computer dance the glass one they dropped it on the floor so I asked him. Could they give me another one, that's all they had but then the other guy checked in the computer and they had several in stock when I went to pick up my computer. They gave me a hard time they want to see my drivers license, I just had the paper copy because my wallet got stolen so he gave me a hard time about that but the other couple that came in he helped them they didn't show no ID for their pick up these managers and district managers over these companies. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!! Ordered an item online to pick up in store and received an email Tuesday morning stating my order was ready. I arrived today, Thursday, to pick up my order only to be told they couldn't find it. They then radioed the person picking ecom orders and this person never responded. Waited for about 20 mins while they radioed this guy 3 more times and still no response. At one point there were 4 people behind the counter and not one of them made the effort to go out and look for this guy or my order. They were too busy socializing to help customers I guess. Finally after waiting for 20 mins, I asked for a manager only to be told one was not available. I ended up walking out and canceling my $800 order since they apparently could care less if they have my business or not.
