Prior to Walsar my Lexus was serviced at Oklahoma City Lexus Dealer without any issues found! When I relocated back to Wichita I took my car to Walsar Alicia former Schofield employee was my agent and service was fine!! It wasn't until she was no longer at Walsar that on every maintenance visit something that was not broken mysteriously needed repaired! on one occasion, the so call repair of my trunk was needed cost over $3000.00!! In leaving my trunk popped up before I reached 13th street! I immediately turned around headed back to Walsar and cancel my $3000.00 check! With that after seeing many Lexus being serviced at Phillip 66 I began taking my car there for my routine service! They have never disappointed! When I need any major work done I take my car to 45th & Rock Rd to Schofield's former Maintenance Manager!! Excellent service and reasonable cost! I was there at that location picking up my car and a male called while at Walsar asking to bring in his brand new car because Walsar maintenance quoted an high dollar quote to repair! I've delayed posting my experience to see if there would be a resolution. As of today, there has…read morestill been no resolution and I have heard nothing back from this dealership in over a week. I purchased a used 2015 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack w/ 36k miles from them about five weeks ago. The buying experience was fantastic. I worked with Tori, and she provided outstanding customer service during the buying process. I drove four hours from out of state to pick up my new to me car, spent a couple hours at the dealership filling out paperwork, and I was off and on my way. I trusted the inspection paperwork that the dealer provided me (the MPI provided was green down the board). I drove it back home, and had my local dodge dealer perform an inspection on it. Turns out the sway bar bushings were dried and cracked, and there was oil leaking around the intake manifold gaskets. The air filters were bad, the tires were severely out of balance, and the car needed an alignment as well. Great, I thought. I had purchased the extended warranty on the vehicle. After having my car sit at the dodge dealership waiting for my paperwork to get entered in to the warranty companies system, and then going back and forth between Audi Wichita and the warranty multiple times, I paid for the repairs out of pocket because I needed the vehicle to get around. Well, as it turns out, nothing here is covered under the warranty because these are all items that should have been addressed by the dealership and so the warranty company dismissed the case. I've spoked with Bac on this issue many times, and he keeps pointing to the warranty company and says he's waiting for his rep with them. I've been told that I shouldn't have gotten the car repaired, and that he could have probably negotiated with them for a cheaper rate. If that was the case, why wasn't that a solution that was proposed during the week the car sat at the dealership? I was in contact with Bac as soon as I got the results back from the inspection. So I sit here, in love with my new to me car, and out about $1100 more than I expected to spend because of a fraudulent MPI report provided to me by this dealership. If you're buying new, these guys would be fantastic. Customer service is top notch when you're purchasing something. If buying used, be very careful. I don't think they do a good job inspecting used vehicles.

I am really not impressed at all with this company, the owner or the business itself. It was really hard to get her nailed down on a specific price for this car and once I finally did get one from her I got her the money. About a week and a half later I was called and told that the car was there and ready for pick up. I told them I'd be by the next day to pick it up (it was 4:30 p.m. when I got the call and wouldn't have been able to get there before they closed). I was told (before purchasing) that the car started and moved. It did neither when I went to go pick it up. Someone had left the lights on, so the battery had died. Guess who had to shell out the money to get that fixed? Me. The day that I was supposed to go pick the car up I got another call from the owner saying that I would have to wait because (and these are her words, not mine) she didn't realize everything she had to do in order to be able to give me my 60 day tag. She seems to think that just because her now ex-husband has been in the car business for over 10 years, that she knows it all. The office itself is very unprofessional. Their hours are supposed to be 10-5, but rarely are they there before 11. I get the impression that they just show up whenever they feel like it. It is only the owner and one other lady in the office. The other lady in the office is the owner's best friend, and they both have their kids running around the office. Also, her ex-husband and his friends are trying to cause problems and bring drama to her business. Professionalism is DEFINITELY something this "business" is lacking. Trying to get them on the phone is so much of a hassle as you never really know when they will be in. And what is even harder is trying to get a return phone call from them. My advice to you? Stay away from this place. It is really not worth all of the hassle and hopefully this review will help others see that.
