Bac Ta and process after sale is terrible. No support or willingness to fix a car they sold broken.

I've delayed posting my experience to see if there would be a resolution. As of today, there has still been no resolution and I have heard nothing back from this dealership in over a week. I purchased a used 2015 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack w/ 36k miles from them about five weeks ago. The buying experience was fantastic. I worked with Tori, and she provided outstanding customer service during the buying process. I drove four hours from out of state to pick up my new to me car, spent a couple hours at the dealership filling out paperwork, and I was off and on my way. I trusted the inspection paperwork that the dealer provided me (the MPI provided was green down the board). I drove it back home, and had my local dodge dealer perform an inspection on it. Turns out the sway bar bushings were dried and cracked, and there was oil leaking around the intake manifold gaskets. The air filters were bad, the tires were severely out of balance, and the car needed an alignment as well. Great, I thought. I had purchased the extended warranty on the vehicle. After having my car sit at the dodge dealership waiting for my paperwork to get entered in to the warranty companies system, and then going back and forth between Audi Wichita and the warranty multiple times, I paid for the repairs out of pocket because I needed the vehicle to get around. Well, as it turns out, nothing here is covered under the warranty because these are all items that should have been addressed by the dealership and so the warranty company dismissed the case. I've spoked with Bac on this issue many times, and he keeps pointing to the warranty company and says he's waiting for his rep with them. I've been told that I shouldn't have gotten the car repaired, and that he could have probably negotiated with them for a cheaper rate. If that was the case, why wasn't that a solution that was proposed during the week the car sat at the dealership? I was in contact with Bac as soon as I got the results back from the inspection. So I sit here, in love with my new to me car, and out about $1100 more than I expected to spend because of a fraudulent MPI report provided to me by this dealership. If you're buying new, these guys would be fantastic. Customer service is top notch when you're purchasing something. If buying used, be very careful. I don't think they do a good job inspecting used vehicles. read more

Looking for an Audi S5 convertible, Lucus responded immediately and over the course of 5 days (I live in Illinois) I was able to fly down and purchase the car. My flight was delayed due to terrible weather and I was not able to get to the dealership until 6:15 pm on Saturday (they close at 6 pm) Lucus, Quan, Hannah, and BakTa, were waiting for me with a smile a warm handshake, and a hug. it was amazing. If they are representative of the people of Kansas, you should all be proud. I have not experienced a better transaction in all of my years of car ownership. read more

We had a wonderful experience working with Lucus Eggleston at Audi Wichita! I took a few months looking at options (at multiple dealerships), before coming back to Audi & ultimately deciding on a 2016 Q5. During that search period, Lucas kept an eye out for the perfect (pre-owned, low mileage) SUV that included all of the options I wanted. He was extremely helpful & attentive, but not at all annoying or overly aggressive during that process. Lucas, and my entire experience at Audi, was refreshingly straightforward. I am extremely confident in my choice, and the rigorous standards of Audi's certified pre-owned vehicles. I could not be happier with my new vehicle. I took my 2011 S4 in for service and ended up speaking with Bac Tac about trading it in and getting a new car. Bac kept me updated on new inventory and I only needed two weeks to make my decision. This was strikingly different from my experience buying my first Audi in Missouri. I cannot say enough about how friendly everyone at Audi Wichita is and how stress free the entire process was. There weren't any aggressive attempts to get me to purchase any extras and I felt completely comfortable and confident in my purchase. Lucus Eggleston also made the process a great experience. He answered my many questions and gave me an in depth tour of my car. I'm not very technologically inclined so this was especially important. Everyone at the dealership made me feel like family with their welcoming attitudes and sincerity. I live closer to Kansas City but I will keep making the trip to Wichita for this amazing group of professionals. Not impressed! The lack of responsibility and inability to feel that being from Kansas City means I get a different customer service than being from Wichita. I was thinking the car I wanted would be ready to go with the 3-5 days expectation I was given. But the missing paperwork on the sales team before a holiday that was not my fault was neglected and now when I would be out of town is when the car would be expected to be available. Offered to take my own time to drive back down the following week and all that is needed is a rental car for a week. He didn't seem to understand on a holiday weekend that as a customer his dealership added to the stress when the salesperson stated it was no fault of the customer. They forgot the form that needed to be signed 4 days before reaching out to me. Bac Ta as a manager should learn customer service language that is beneficial. The benefit would be better to treat customers on a holiday with much more respect for their time and that no matter where you live or who your financing is from if a time is given, and they mess up the paperwork they need to fix the problem. Compared to my experience at Benz, Audi was a complete disappointment. Very unprofessional and the sales representative helping me knew very little about the auto industry. He couldn't even pronounce Alfa Romeo or Maserati. The prices were incredibly steep compared to Mercedes... even with the Audi being base and the Benz fully loaded. Never going back. read more
