So then I got out of the car and went in the lobby and they then gave me the sauce which were small sauce cups that they you usually for their El Gordo sauce. The lady told me they don't have bigger cups for the salsa that you order for the chips which is interesting considering you are paying for the chips and salsa.... While placing my order, I asked a few questions since it was my first visit. Unfortunately, the employee assisting me was noticeably short and unhelpful. As someone who also works in customer service, I understand how important it is to be patient and courteous with customers -- especially since we interact with many different personalities every day. On a positive note, the food itself was fresh and well-presented. The chicken tenders and biscuits were delicious, and the sauce was great. The mashed potatoes were a bit bland and the mac and cheese was average, but overall the meal was decent. That said, the experience was overshadowed by the lack of friendliness from the staff. Customer service can make or break a business, and a little kindness and attentiveness can go a long way. Because of that interaction, I don't think I'll be returning, even though the food was good.
