Especially since I have to get the premium gas this Costco gas offers a very affordable alternative to the other gas stations nearby. This is my go to place for gas, before and after work. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because of the lines, but I know what to expect going to put gas at Costco. What is there really to be said about Costco Gas? Its cheap, its convenient, its cheap... This location can get busy at times. But if you go during the off peak times its golden. I work about a mile away from this location so I try to avoid the busy times, which is at lunch time or after work around 5:00. Costco...its a love hate relationship here...love the cheap gas but hate the long lines. Gotta come here at the right time of day to have a almost no wait time. Overall, its not too bad of a wait. Having a costco gas/petrol station on a commute is a blessing. Costco just knows how to do it right. Swipe, enter info, select receipt, select grade and it's gas bliss. It is a major perk to be able to swing by this costco gasoline station as it is usually much less crowded than it's burbank counterpart. Only two option here unleaded and premium and the payment options are reduced. No cash for "Safety purposes" although it seems more like it saves them money to keep it operating without another attendant needing to be at the till. But, truly, costco gasoline is a real perk of the membership. If there is a costco near you or on your commute and you are not buying your gas here yet, what's the rationale behind that? So people have told me the costco gasoline quality is poor, I don't find that at all. I've noticed my mpg continually improving while consistently using Costco Gas. I always fill up here when I can. The prices are almost always a good 0.25 - 0.35 cheaper than my local gas stations. I have even caught a solid 0.45 savings per gal at times! With my 11 gallon tank, I save about an average of $3 a tank. Ain't too shabby. Earlier this year, this Pacoima Costco installed a third pump per line which greatly improved the lines you normally saw for Costco Gas. Since the third pump addition, I haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes. I can't speak to the actual quality of the gas since I don't send gas out to be analyzed but my car seems to work perfectly fine using this gasoline. read more

Love this location! The gas station was recently remodeled and is very convenient with 3 pumps on each side. Employees are friendly and personable; always smiles and jokes! Costco gas lines are long, but worth it! They have the cheapest gas prices in San Fernando and Sylmar! I like pumping gas at costco because it's functionality. Everyone knows that you form a line; pump; and exit. And most people do it fast. On average it will take 4-7 min to pump and exit the gas station. read more

Always cheap gas and almost never packed. The Costco at Northridge and Burbank are generally packed with long lines...this one seems good everytime I've been there...largely due to the number of pumps in the station. I love Costco gas.
