I've notified other 4 star reviews simply because there is the potential for a longer wait time however I don't think this is a reason a knock them down a star; it's Costco - you know what you are getting into and sometimes I think the wait is longer because people wait for the entire row to clear instead of taking the open spot that's available (I might give my other fellow Costco gas shoppers a 3 star). There are 16 or 24 pumps (4 lanes with 2 pumps and 4-6 lanes with 3 pumps) available and that's a good amount. The hose is long enough that you can fill up from either side of your car. The gas is about 60¢ to $1.20 cheaper per gallon and it's also good quality gas. I wake up early in the morning to avoid the lines and that works for me. I've even gone later in the evening to reduce the wait. However If you are running late for work, this obviously won't be the gas station you stop at to fill up really quickly. read more

Two gas pumps per lane. As all Costco Gas it was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon. Gas prices was a few cents cheaper than all the other gasoline stations. What stood out for me was the hand sanitizer. I usually gas up at Costco in Gilroy or San Jose and I must admit this location has the most pleasant hand sanitizer, very strong floral scent. I know I'm weird but during Covid hand sanitizing is a must in a gas station. I'm Not that OCD where I bring my own gloves, I just sanitize and when I get to my destination a good hand wash is a must. read more

I've been here twice now to get gas. The price is better than anyplace in the area, its sometimes cheaper than the SGV, where I used to live. The only thing I don't like is that most of the aisles only have two pumps. I read that they added a few more pumps, but why wouldn't they add it to all the lanes? Just takes a bit longer but overall a good place to get gas. read more

Closes early on sundays. Wouldn't let me fill up but there were two others getting gas past 7:30. Almost ran out of gas going to the next station a mile away. Workers were a bit rude to me. The customers are the worst though. You get honked at for not moving immediately, stared at for taking too long at the pump, and nearly run over from people trying to leave or grab a pump. read more

I've been going to this gasoline stop for 8 years because I'm a Costco member and every single time I fuel up I get less and less miles on full tanks than what I get if I go to a non Costco gasoline stop, I have brand new cars because I lease them for 1 year or 2 the most and I just don't get it how we have to pay for membership to fuel there and also the gas it's so call less expensive then other gasoline stops I ve came to a conclusion that they are ripping all of us off today after 8 years I pumped $67 and today it's the last time I will ever pump gas at any Costco places I finally realized that their fuel it's low quality and it might damage your engines if you continue to use the low quality fuel..today I say so long suckkas my well earned money will go somewhere else I will no longer offer you loyalty as a customer.. read more

Costco has the lowest price for gasoline but every time I wait for 15-20 minutes on the line.

I've come here during both off-peak and peak hours. This particular location has a separate traffic pattern/lot next to the main Costco, so that helps with traffic flow. That being said, this is in the valley & right off busy, busy Sepulveda, so expect long lines and a lot of traffic just trying to get there. There's about 12? lanes of 2 so 24 pumps in total, but just save yourself energy and come in the AM or before closing to save yourself energy. The amount of gas you burn while idling in line makes coming here to save $ inefficient, lol. read more

Great gas at great prices with newly expanded 20 pumps. This place never disappoints. It was one of the first Costco gas I ever went to. I would always make a day of it, cause the lines where so long and people so slow to pay and pump it would take me all day to get my turn. It is pretty common on a hot day for folks waiting in line to overheat, run out of gas, or fall asleep. So it's perfectly acceptable to lay on your car horn as long and loud as you can. Especially when your trapped on all sides in a no moving swarm of angry gas getters reminiscent of a swarm of angry bees. It's like saying, hello how you doing, have a good day. So as you are getting blown at as you navigate through this poorly designed parking lot trapped in a swarm of angry bees, just honk and long loud how ya doing back. Adding the couple of pumps makes all the difference in the world, now I can Really take my time getting out of the car, wondering around looking lost for my card, not able to read "enter zip code" and deciding what type of gas to choose. read more

I don't really know who hired such an aggressive staff. I was pumping my gas at the Costco gas and a guy named "Daniel" asked me to turn off "my f car off" I was shocked with such bulgar language coming from a Costco staff. He wasn't really having it. I told him, I've never had an issue before and I had come to the same gas station for years and I was going to put my car off but that I was nearly done because he came when I was nearly done. Well, he slammed the Costco pump and he putted the whole thing off. I asked for a manager, he refused to answer. I told him, I had pumped gas there before without an issue " he said, "Well, no one had been doing their f jobs." Again, the f word. Then, he went inside the office and as I was turning to the exit sign he came out, i pulled my window down And ask for his name. He started accusing my off trying to run him over when I was just exiting very slow and pulling my window down to ask for his name. Tbh, he acted like a complete lunatic and he was extremely unprofessional, I'm surprised Costco hired such staff without common manners or common sense. read more

With gas prices going up all across the board Costco is a great respite for saving money. When all other places are charging 4.499 a gallon Costco still has their prices down at 3.999. The lines do get long and you will probably have to wait for a good 10 minutes to get to the front. But the money you save is worth it especially if you're a daily commuter. It does get frustrating at times though when the elderly get to the pump because they do manage to take twice as long sometimes. On top of that the Monday that just passed I was involved in a car accident because a vehicle that was 3 cars behind me rammed into a vehicle in front of them which cascaded down to me. Luckily I was in neutral and I was lightly tapping the brake so besides paint chips there are no structural damages to my vehicles since it just shot my car forward. Though I do have a bit of neck stiffness since I slammed the brakes after getting hit. Two of the vehicles are probably totaled and myself and the car behind me got out fairly unscathed except damages to our rear bumpers. What had happened was that an elderly man mistook the gas pedal for the brake and I guess he completely depressed it. read more

Not my favorite Costco Gas Station. Entering off of Sepulveda when you're heading south is very difficult- no left turn at the station entrance and the legal left signal is super long and slow! Then there are two funky left turns to make once you gain access to the parking lot. After that, the lines are average for a Costco station. I did lock my keys in the car once, and the station attendant called Auto Club for me- very nice guy...but that's about the only saving grace for this location. read more

I love going to Costco for their gas. It's at least cheaper by $.20 compared to other stations around town. The fact that this location has about 20 pumps and now accepts all Visa cards. I also love the fact that you now get 4% rewards while using your Costco Citi card. All or most of the pumps have been upgraded with new machines and hoses. Their's usually 2 employees walking around that can assist with any issues that might arise. If you go before they close, there is virtually no wait at all. read more

Holy moly! This Costco upgraded their gas stations and expanded it to have another lane with more pumps! Since they have done that I have found that the wait time at this Costco gas has really become better, and it's great because I can just fill up after work! My go to gas station. I come here every other week before visiting Costco. I normally come here Saturday mornings before lunch and there is rarely a long line. I've waiting probably 5-10 mins tops. They recently added extra pumps to certain rows making the flow of the lines much quicker. I've never had any issues with the pumps or machines and they all look to be properly maintained/clean. Overall, great place to get gas not to mention the even better gas prices! read more

Gas is always significantly cheaper here over anywhere else. You do need your Costco membership card to get gas, and I don't much about the quality of the gas; but at the end of the day gas is gas. The lines are pretty long most of the time but I normally only fill up here when the lines are relatively short. read more
