This is where you stop going to or returning from Vegas to get gasoline. There are no other Costco Gas Stations after this one until you are in Las Vegas. They know this and have a HUGE gas station that can move 6 cars at a time on every line. You will also see trucks filling up the underground tanks here many times during the day so don't worry about getting stale gasoline that has been sitting around for months like some other stations. After gas, if you are hungry--get a hot dog or pizza inside. After gas if you need the BR--go inside. read more

With Costco gas prices being 20 - 30 cents cheaper per gallon than the neighboring gas stations, and the relatively easy in / easy off from I15 (less than half mile), this station in Victorville was worth it for us on the way to Las Vegas. It has 4 double sided islands, each being 3 deep, so 24 pumps total. The pump allows tap and go if you have the citi Costco card, otherwise you will need to insert your membership card and your form of payment (visa only) as separate. So it's Costco and its Gas. This particular outlet is like all the others. Multiple pumps with long nozzles that allow you to pump from either side so just pick the shortest line. The lines typically move fast and most people know what they are doing when the pull up. Typically they have the cheapest gas in the area to fill up. In particular when hoping from desert spotting site to desert spotting site, this makes for a quick and easy place to fill up. read more

This is my go-to Costco Gas when I'm in the high desert. Costco has the lowest gas prices compared to other gas stations except for Pilot Gas prices that is actually quite comparable with Costco prices. They also have a car wash which is nice and convenient. Unfortunately, I don't wash my car much (maybe a couple times per year... it's just as much as how many times I have my hair cut per year... maybe twice LOL) so they don't get much of my business from it. This Costco Gas is currently closed for renovation... it is supposed to be a couple months project... not sure where they are at right now. I believe they are adding more gas pumps... not sure how many more pumps that can be added because space is already pretty tight unless they redo some of their parking space area. We'll see how it goes... Lines are always long here... actually this applies to any Costco Gas. People are willing to wait for some gas savings. It's all good. This Costco Gasoline definitely needs a rework in their logistics. The way it's pathed out is not great and it causes a lot of obstruction for normal traffic. Aside from that, the day I visited just had way too many pumps out of order which caused even more lines that were backed up. The Gas Station definitely had a worn out vibe to it and needs a refresh. The gas prices were lower than the market as usual, but the way this one is layed out isn't good at all. If you come to this one, expect long lines and wait times. It took me about 25 minutes to get gas, and because of how it's layed out, I got stuck in line and couldn't leave. They also need to let people that the pump is out of more ahead in the line so it lets people know ahead of time, it shouldn't be placed in the front of the pump that is broken. read more

This is the first Costco Gas location between Vegas and Cali driving toward Cali. I would know, I've done my research since I drive there and back quite often and with Cali prices rising... Costco is the best bet, always! Unless you have a Sam's card lol. Can be a little hectic while waiting in line because it's a one way entrance with cars coming in multiple points from the parking lot. They have recently separated the stalls with cones to better direct traffic so that helped in the past few trips. Still able to load up in less than 15 minutes. read more

Always a good choice! Easy to get in and out of. Reasonably priced too! You'll save enough money here to get a hot dog, soda and churro lol. What I really appreciate is that their pumps all work properly and don't need nozzle replacements. Their lanes display when pumps are open, which makes lines and wait times much shorter. I like this gas station since they remodeled. It is always packed but since they strictly control the flow it moves fast. HOWEVER - drivers should be able to choose which lane they use do to where their tank is located. I know the hoses are long but having the hose over the trunk affects using the trunk. read more

Even though it gets crazy busy I come here all the time to pump gas. I have to buy premium gas so this is the best option price wise. This is the only up here in the high desert so not much other choice then to come here. I have to come this way anyways cause of work. So not much of an inconvenience there. I filled up the first week of April and my car started sputtering and jerking. I know crazy california is trying to et everyone to go electric and I don't trust that they may not be selling clean gas any more at many stations, but not you COSTCO say it ISN'T SO, plus after all of that long construction, I would think the tanks would have been new. read more

So this is my go to if I get lazy or don't have the chance to gas up at costco in Vegas or OC and I don't feel like getting ripped off in Barstow or baker at one of the last chance stations. Although the lines get thick due to lots of tourists and locals wanting to gas up for a good price. Victorville has grown a lot since I last lived there so it's about time that Costco keeps up with that growth by adding more pumps to the area. It will also cut down on the folks getting bitter and inpatient for having to wait on the weekends when it's a madhouse. This is a review for the gas station only for Costco in Victorville. I mostly use this gas station when I am on my way to Havasu. It is a good place to stop before starting the long trip across the desert. First the pluses..... It is Costco so you know it is clean. You also know the gas prices will be competitive. Usually a bit cheaper than down the hill, as well, so that is always good. It is in the Costco parking lot so that means easy access to a hot dog and soda if you are hungry. Finally, there is also a Costco Car Wash in the parking lot. The only one I have ever seen. This is great if you are coming back from the River and have tons of bugs on the car!! Now the minuses.... This Costco gas station has the longest lines I have ever experienced at a Costco. That, and there are not too many pumps. Also, the access is horrible. Not really easy on and off the freeway. Tons of traffic and lines at the lights. All in all, I give it 4 stars.... mostly because of the pluses! If it weren't for the lines and the traffic this Costco Gas Station would have easily earned 5 stars from me. Not sure improvement is possible though as I am sure Costco has no control over traffic flow. read more

So this has typical long lines for Costco gas but it wasn't too bad. Most people knew how to drive around a car in front to get to an empty pump. It was the complete reverse of OC. I saw one person holding up a line as a truck filled up rather than go around. In the OC I'd be surprised to see one person go around. One thing though. The prices weren't as dramatically different here from other stations. Or is not worth driving 10 miles out of your way. You'll see a Shell or Chevron with similar prices. A bit higher yes, but not so much like OC. In OC, stations with Top Tier gas are easily 15 to 25¢ higher than Costco gas which is also Top Tier. read more

We just moved to SVL a few months ago and of COURSE I had to get to Costco! I love getting gas at Costco because it's ALWAYS less than the lowest Arco price, lol... with better quality gas of course! I don't think I've EVER been to a Costco where there WASN'T a line. But, to be honest, after talking to a friend of mine who's lived around here a while... she told me that this line is usually MUCH longer! So, this wasn't as LONG a line as I thought! Costco is almost always very busy if your thinking about becoming an member I would recommend going with the executive member card it gives you .02% back on everything except gas :-( if you have a big family it dose help pay for your membership! The hot dogs for $1.50 with a drink are good! Be careful when you come in!!! I would recommend using a calculator because if you don't you can easily spend over $500.00 when shopping for a big family with an calculator I have gotten it down to somewhere in the 200 or so! Like all other Costco locations, top tier gas at the best prices. As others have mentioned, the wait can be long unless you arrive very early or before closing due to a lack of pumps. Expand the gas station and you'll have a 5 star rating. If you're on your way back from Vegas, try filling up at the locations on Sunset or Martin Luther King before leaving in order to avoid governor Brown's idiotic gasoline tax and save some cash in Nevada. Its a Costco gas station, however, the line (queue) is poorly designed, and actually spills out onto the fast moving Valley Center Drive. There is no good way to avoid this, and I think eventually corporate will notice and revise how this is set up. For about 6 months, Costco removed trash bins (all locations) but I see that they are back. Like all costco locations, including gas pumps, the only credit cards they accept is VISA (no more AMEX). This isn't a big deal to me, but be aware. Also, this location has a automatic car wash which is convenient and neat. read more

So you are on the way to/from vegas or mammoth rolling through Victorville and need gas, what cha gonna do? Well you could go to pilot or to ampm. However I almost always stop and filler up here at Costco... great prices and I am yet to see a line anytime I have ever been here... =) The gas is cheap and they even have a car wash if your baby is especially dirty that day. Perhaps on your way back from snow country and your car is covered in salt, snow, road grime, and who knows what all else, well this is a great stop to get it clean while on your way back home. This like all Costco's is a members only stop and they take AmEx but nothing else other than debit. I love filling up here and try to remember to check in, but you know how that goes... it doesnt always work. Cheap, cheap prices for premium quality gas, so it's no wonder there's usually a long wait--everyone wants in on the deal! I always try to time my full tank fill-ups around trips to Costco since I'll be paying a lil more at other places--why not kill two birds with one stone?
