This is our local Costco and we've had no problem shopping here. The parking lot can be a zoo, since this location has the gas station out in front. But we just go to the second parking entrance to avoid the whole scene. Had plenty of parking, but could seem limited when the place is packed. I hoped this location would become a bit less crowded with the new Costco location in Vegas, but noooo. It was a little less crowded for like 2-3 weeks, but now it's like the 3rd location never opened. Booooo. We usually go here with a list and since we know where the items are, it's pretty efficient. But we've also perused the aisles when the store isn't as crowded and have found new stuff. Overall, we're really glad that we have a Costco 4 miles away and it's a great place to shop - friendly helpful staff, clean and organized. We also get our tires and batteries here. This might be the busiest Costco I've ever been to. I try my best to come at odd times but even when I show up just before closing on a random Tuesday it still seems to be packed. You'll most likely find what you're looking for here but if you enjoy a specific item don't be surprised when it's no longer available because it happens to me all the time. I do wish they had checkout via an app like Sam's has and since Costco is supposedly better than Sam's they really missed the mark on quick checkout. read more

Been a member for 30+ yrs. Been to Costco in many different states. They don't always have the same items. The only complaint was I ordered a hot dog & drink--- which I never do. The soda lids don't fit cup. Dozens of wrong size lids were thrown all over the place & I saw sodas spilling on people. Including me & all over my car, clothes, pocketbook........ I come here often and I try to come during non peak times to beat the crowds because this place is a zoo. Lots of great products and values although many items I still purchase at Sam's since they're a little cheaper. At the end of the year it all adds up. One issue is that when you have the app you can't do as you would at Sam's and skip the lines at the counters. This needs to be worked out asap. Hello all, just wanted to update my review from 6 years ago. Naturally many things have changed since then, but Costco remains to be one of the best wholesale operations on Earth. So, on this particular visit a company called GOLD BAR liquor was on-site and while I don't drink at all they were selling bottles of whiskey and bourbon with FREE engraving. The establishment sponsors the VEGAS Golden Nights hockey team so naturally I had to buy a bottle. Hada and Priscilla My wife will drink the whiskey while I will have a lifetime souvenir, I will always cherish. Eat, Drink, and Be Merry, my Friends!! read more

I am a new Costco member, and this one star review is for the old racist woman I encounter in the candy section yesterday. Costco please coach this woman giving out samples of chocolate to greet ALL guests in your store. I walked past her and she never greeted me, and she looked directly at me. I stop a few feet away while observing how friendly she was to an older Caucasian man and offered him her samples of chocolate. I stayed to watch her as a Mexican Mom and her 4 children approach her. I always enjoy shopping at this location - as long as it's after 6pm, because any time before that is MANIC, especially on the weekends! They often run out of items, at least when I visit. An employee here told me they are the largest, and busiest Costco in the Las Vegas Valley. Every employee I have encountered has been very helpful and friendly, from the greeters, to the cashiers. The Women's bathroom area is usually very clean. They recently renovated the bathrooms here. The warehouse is well organized. My go-to location! read more

This Costco was the only location in Las Vegas that had the Dyson hot and cold air purifier in stock! My family and I usually go to the Costco off of Decatur and 215, but we ended up going to the Costco off of 215 and Charleston to get the Dyson air purifier! This Costco location was extremely busy!! The parking spaces are limited as well. There were so many vehicles, and you had to wait, especially during the evening hours, to move your vehicle. Once inside Costco though, it was a breeze! This Costco had a lot of inventory. We also had a chance to look at all of their holiday decorations that were out on display! It was beautiful! We were able to find the Dyson hot and cold air purifier at this location! Check-out was seamless and we ran into no issues! We stopped by the food court to grab a snack too on our way out! Using the Self Service Kiosks was easy to place the order! I'd recommend waiting to go to this Costco location during the evening hours, pass 7:00, if you can wait! I don't care for this Costco for many valid reasons (like working on my car and leaving it in the parking lot overnight, unlocked or having the asst store manager say I'll be right back, left and I waited about 15 minutes and he never came back and subsequently denied saying he was helping me on a gift card). With that being said, today I had the PLEASURE of dealing with Frank and Jillian in electronics! They are both FANTASTIC!!! If I could see them every time, I would! Costco did a bait and switch on me recently. Their booklet advertised a "Men's 1-a-day" vitamin at a discounted price, but what they had on the shelf was "Men's 1 -a-day 50+" which had no discount. The two items have very similar packaging, except for slight change in color. Their store manager while conceding they did not have the advertised product, refused to adjust the price or even give a rain check or give an estimated date as to when it would be in stock. She was so rude, and she hid her badge behind a folder too. Costco in the past has bent backwards to satisfy their customers, but it seems at this store this is not the case. read more

Prices differ from online ($8.99- walnuts- 3 lbs.) to the store ($9.99), probably due to the site steering you to use Instacart and in some cases, there are minimums (must buy two). Also, the prices differ when using Costco Business versus regular retail Costco, too. My mother-in-law loves the Pumpkin Pie so hubby went there this past tuesday morning, the store opens at 10 am, but said that there were people already inside shopping (might be a Costco Business membership?) Hubby's got a rule, not visiting on the weekends anymore, better during the week. I'd like to check the clothing which is massive, but it's pretty frantic when we do stop in. We love that they offer samples for their products. Many of our decisions to purchase different items has been because of the samples. We usually stock up on the basics and grab a couple of new items, then finish our visit with a slice of pizza or hotdog combo. This has to be the busiest Costco I've ever been to! If you're coming here, be prepared for crowds and long lines, no matter what time of day. That said, they still keep things running smoothly, and the employees do a great job managing the chaos. Don't order for delivery unless you're for sure going to be home! They don't pack the food in anything! Sometimes a cardboard box but not the kind that closes up.! Just an open faced re-used box that doesn't keep anything cold or hidden. My mom sent us an order for Thanksgiving after my husband passed away, and it was still pretty hot out even tho technically it's supposed to be Winter time... I wasn't home from work yet when it was delivered and nobody noticed it was out there until after I got home and everything was thawed out and melting! They failed to send the text that the order had been delivered and the delivery person didn't even knock or ring the doorbell they just threw it on our porch and left. Costco wouldn't replace anything since I myself didn't have a membership. There's a reason I no longer have one and hate this store. read more

I went to costco for the first time in years on Sunday, March 23rd.My membership expired in 2022 and since sams club is closer to me so I didnt renew. Well, I decided to renew today. My first recommendation is to arrive early if you can because this location gets extremely busy. It took me quite some time to find a parking space. Once you get inside its very busy as well, long lines etc. Please plan accordingly. Lots of great items to choose from and of course, you receive great samples of items to try. You can definitely get bang for your buck here. I decided to try fruit bar provided by the associate Julianna. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. I pushed my basket in front of the area, grabbed my sample and proceeded to leave. I had a very large pet bed that I was purchasing so the bed accidently brushed up against the price display. Julianna began to yell, "hey lady, lady! ", very rude and aggressively. I apologized but did not appreciate her tone. She than began to shake her head to her coworker who was at another sample cart right across from her. The coworker said, "I don't know what planet these people are on". She was an older lady and I wished I would've gotten her name as well. This wasn't the experience I was looking for on that beautiful Sunday but back to Sam's Club I go. My first time at this Costco location since I had some free time to kill and just wanted to check out what this Costco had. Getting into the parking lot seemed like a struggle since some of the lanes were a little tight between two cars trying to pass. One truck will have to wait while a car can pass. I thought this was a tad bit annoying. The inside of Costco is largely filled with a ton of items for your home, and for what you might need for a full-blown party. Their alcohol selection on wines seemed larger than most I have been to. I did enjoy that they had more drinks selection and a wide variety of cultural food. That was kind of cool to see. Also when we got all our stuff and paid for it, the lines were not long and went by quickly! I bought a few items that were on sale such as hydration liquid IV those are my go-to packets since I get dehydrated easily. I also found some cool-looking glass soups from France that were pretty neat. If you just want to kill some time and check out a different Costco this one is pretty great. read more

Of all Costco locations in Las Vegas area, this location provides the worst customer service. I have been a Costco executive member for over 10 years. We spend on average $10K/year as a household with Costco, including a recent $ 4500 vacation package through their travel department. I encountered an incident today at the Pavilion location that leaves a bad taste in the mouth and calls into question whether I should continue to be a loyal member with Costco. Costco has built a solid reputation for their customer service, including returning policy, and a wide variety of products. I recently ordered a few skincare/beauty products available only through Costco online but most of them did not work out given my sensitive skin. Keep in mind my collection of skincare/beauty products range from Centella to Dior, Chanel and La Mer. We ladies are always in search of solid beauty products at a reasonable price. However, when I went to return these products today due to incompatibility with my skin, an employee by the name of Michael tried to shame me publicly by announcing that I was returning most of the items on the receipt, even though those items were clearly eligible for return per company policy. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident that has occurred to me with regard to difficulties encountered upon return of products. I am also a big-time foodie and enjoys trying out new food items at Costco. When I returned some of the food products that did not pass the taste test, I was met with nasty attitude and snide comments about the products partially consumed upon their return. I've seen other members returning half a loaf of bread or half-eaten rotisserie chicken without any complaint from the same crew in the return department. And his accusation was untrue. I did keep more than half of the items from the receipt if he looked carefully enough, but I didn't feel like I needed to explain to him at that point. It felt as though I was being singled out repeatedly as a minority trying to obtain reasonable service. Simple returns should not turn into a judgement on someone's shopping items/habits or taste in products. Some of these members in the return department at this specific location clearly need some retraining in customer service in order to align themselves with the company's reputation on these services. read more

My office was hosting breakfast for the staff and our unit was responsible for putting the meal together. I was only the driver and helper. Oh, I had the company credit card too. Delicious bakery goods, fresh fruit, and juices was the menu. We fed 24 colleagues for about $100. Of course, the highlight of the excursion was the $1.50 Hot Dog Combo!
